Walk to the beach! This renovated 2BR/2BA condo at Arcadian Dunes has pools, hot tub, tennis, playgrounds & more â perfect for families, golf trips, or couplesâ getaways.
Our renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Arcadian Dunes combines comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The community offers everything you need to relax and play, including two swimming pools, a sauna, picnic areas with grills, and even a bar & restaurant, Harry the Hats â perfect for when you want to stay close to home.
The space
Located on the 3rd floor (walk-up), the condo is bright and thoughtfully furnished for your stay.
Kitchen â Fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and abundant natural light, itâs ready for everything from a quick snack to a holiday meal.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King Bed + Twin Futon
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed + Twin Bed
Living Room: Sofa Bed
Thatâs 5 separate beds â plenty of room so everyone has their own space.
Balcony â Start your mornings with coffee in the sunshine or wind down with the evening breeze.
The closet by the entryway contains all the beach gear you might need: umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys.
Guest access
Youâll have full access to the condo (excluding ownersâ closets) plus all Arcadian Dunes amenities.
The closest beach access is Hibben Memorial Public Beach â just a 6â8 minute walk (or 2-minute drive) straight down Lake Arrowhead Road.
That access point has bathrooms and an outdoor shower for your convenience.
Other things to note
This is a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator.
No motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on property (per HOA rules).
Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the HOA office for $20 per vehicle (valid for your entire stay). Limit: 2 cars.
Guest age requirement: The reservation holder must be 25+ to check in and obtain parking passes.
Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.
No balcony grilling (community grills are available).
Trash dumpsters are located on-site for guest use

I'm Fernanda and I live in Charlotte NC. I'm originally from Brazil and I love traveling and the beach. But when I travel, I prefer to stay at vacation rentals full of amenities like my condo. I want to be able to stay comfortably, cook, do laundry, and to have beach gear. That's what I aim to provide guests with this condo.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Arcadian Dunes is a large complex full of amenities. The pool is really an awesome feature because it's half covered and is next to a bar/restaurant, hot tub, saunas and bathrooms. Lake Arrowhead is a relatively quiet road that leads to the beach. The beach access closest to us is Hibben Park. it has bathrooms and outdoor showers!

Our condo is fully furnished, has vaulted ceilings, and all the beach gear and cooking supplies you might need. We don't allow pets and keep a high cleanliness standard.
