An absolutely gorgeous house inside and out. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The pool, patio and view were just fantastic. Property manager answered all our questions and took care of everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay in Exuma was nothing short of perfect! This home is absolutely stunning-beautifully designed, impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean views each morning felt like a dream!!! The location is unbeatable-peaceful, private and surrounded by natural beauty! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and relaxing! The house manager Esther was wonderful also!!! This was truly a 5-star experience!!! Thank you!!!

Wow… what a beautiful house and spot! We were 4 couples staying and all were very comfortable and impressed. This house is the best appointed/equipped VRBO any of us have stayed in. Owner, Christine and house manager, Esther were both very responsive and helpful!Did I mention how beautiful the house and location are! We will be back!!

Ciesta Sands is an exceptionally well-appointed and equipped home, with a magnificent view of the water. The owner's thoughtful attention to detail and her care in anticipating the needs of her guests made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Christine (owner) was very easy to work with, and Esther (property manager) was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beach bar next door was being renovated during our stay, but would likely be a fun touch for folks seeking a nearby lunch option. The in-home meal prepared by Chef Glory was a fabulous treat.

Classy home on the beach

The decor and design of the home made us feel like we were in the Hamptons. The home is beautiful, well appointed, clean, and perfectly located. The beach is beautiful, and accessing the islands the kayaks and paddleboards was a big highlight for all of us. Awesome stay, our favorite house in Exuma.

Beautiful Home and Location

This was our 4th trip to Tropic of Cancer beach in Exuma. House was in great location right beside Brea's Grill. Enjoyed everything. House is great, pool is great. One of the very best on Tropic of Cancer.

Beautiful property on the prettiest beach in Exuma. Location and decor really sets this home apart from all the rest. My family along with our friends that stayed were truly in Awe from the moment we stepped in the door.

50th anniversary celebration

Ciesta Sands was above and beyond our expectations. The house was gorgeous and had everything any one would need. Working with the host was great and the property manager was awesome. We had 2 chefs come, Gavin and Keva and they were great. Wonderful dinners and they did all the work. Our special vacation exceeded all our expectations!!!!!

Ciesta Sands

A newer and well designed and decorated beachfront villa that suited our family of 7 adults very well. Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away, with beautiful white sand and aquamarine waters. Vistas are breathtaking. Takes a bit more effort to reach, but that effort is rewarded by a secluded beach and relative privacy (apart from the occasional limited noise or activity given the proximity of the nearby public beach access). A highly memorable stay.

Amazing Spring Break

Where to begin! Ciesta Sands is amazing. We had had 4 adults and 5 kids pack the house with room to spare. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms nice and roomy. Just all the comforts of home but with an amazing ocean view and pool!! Highly recommend. Owner and house manager are delightful and on top of every question you may have. Highly recommend and we will go again!!
