STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING
When my family and I arrived, We were taken back by the fact that in order to get to the kitchen, it seemed we had to climb a mountain of steps!!, the pictures make the rental look much larger than it really is. The parking is horrible because it's on a first come first serve basis!, which we did not find out until our arrival. One of the beds was being held up by a stack of Books!!! The comforters were stained with what look like blood, grease and filth, the pillow cases was just as dirty! Another guest room didn't receive heat as the rest of the apartment. I reached out to the owner/representative and I received a reply was professional and quick and they offered to send someone, but it was late in the evening and I was only there for one night. they had asked for pictures of the issues I found I sent the pictures, and requested that a partial refund be credited back to my card. After that, all communications stopped!!! It was at this point that I understood that the level of professionalism had NOTHING to do with customer service, but had EVERYTHING to do with $$$ MONEY.! I wasn't asking for my entire refund but at least a portion of it since my family and I had to be inconvenienced with sleeping on a bed that was detached from the headboard and being held up by books! Seriously? If I could add pictures I would. If you don't mind sleeping on soiled bedding and sleeping on a bed held up by books and room with minimal heat then...I wish you a better stay than mine!
