Detta vackra, nyrenoverade 2017, tillräckligt stort för att rymma en storfamilj, ligger i hjärtat av Southie. Detta är en enhet på tredje våningen som har två nivåer. Enheten har stereoljud, gratis WiFi och kabel.

1: a våningen har öppet koncept vardagsrum, vackert ljust kök, vardagsrum med tv, video monitor för ytterdörren, 2 sovrum, båda med balkonger med utsikt över Sweeney lekplats (park från Movie Good Will Hunting) och 1. 5 badrum.

2: a våningen har stort sovrum med dubbelsäng, drottning bäddsoffa och ett stort sovrum. Det andra sovrummet, som är ett "loftstil" -rum, har en drottningssäng, utsikt över staden och en TV.

Nice place, clean and places to eat nearby!

It was a good spot for two families to stay, two beds and a bath up and down. Had pans to cook for a couple of people, and there is a little grocery nearby, so you can cook some meals at home Half a mile-ish to the T, but a bus stop was available to get there, if you didn’t mind the wait. If you are going to eat in the neighborhood-make reservations! Manager was available when communication was needed.

Wonderful stay

Great stay

Just stayed at jacks place and really enjoyed it good location for bars and restaurants and to get to tourist attractions. The condo is lovely and would recommend.

Great weekend away

The place is great. A few thoughts. The three story walkup to the place was a surprise to us. One of our friends had a very difficult time going up and down. It wasn't apparent that that was the case. Also in the bathroom the first floor, the vent on the ceiling is very dirty, so I would get up there and clean it. That eeked me out. The location was perfect for our needs.Other than those two things, it is a lovely place, well equipped,spacious and comfortable comfort.Thabk you so mu

The house was in a great location next to plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. We had a group of six and there was plenty of room. A few problems with the house: The property was lacking cleanliness. Mold in the shower and visible dirt on floors close to the walls in the bathrooms. The house is sparsely furnished. No bed side tables and no lamps so with only overhead bright lighting. The furniture in the home lacks and the dining chairs are plastic folding chairs. The couch itself is stained but has a cover on it. The couch pillows are spotted with stains. You also have to walk up two tight flight of stairs and once inside climb another to get to the top floor of the home.

Boston Baseball-visit trip

Great location, comfortable, well equipped, rapid answers from host, close to restaurants and the city (walkable), highly recommended for a city appartment which comes with many amenities and the hussle & bussle of being in a somewhat noisy city environment with action including Logan airport's planes flying over the appartment.

Solid place

The apartment’s location and size were great, but it’s by no means a luxury accommodation. We had a bit of an issue with ants getting into our food and some general cleanliness problems. That being said, when I let the host know that some of our group was unhappy with the state of the apartment upon arrival, he responded quickly and came to clean the unit the next day. Overall, we had an okay-to-good stay and the keypad lock was great since we had a large group

Big city ups & downs

We enjoyed our time in Boston. There is so much to do & see. This house has a great location to restaurants, downtown & the waterfront. We are not big city people so we are not used to being in a smaller space. For the 6 of us the community area: kitchen, dining room & living room, all-in-one felt cramped. Like a studio apartment. This house is directly in the flight path of the airport depending on which runway is being used. Airplanes go over every 30-90sec starting @5am. We experienced this 2 of our mornings. Right next to the house is a park, it has a basketball court. While we were there people played until midnight one night & 2am another. We could hear every bounce and word they said (only on the 2nd level). I don’t know if our boys are hard sleepers, or if the lower floor is more soundproof. I would not recommend this home to families with either grandparents or young children. There is no elevator. The stairs spiral, they are narrow & steep. In addition to the stairs, not knowing how insulated the walls/floors were we were constantly worried that we were bothering someone. Having a neighbor under us & next to us was a bit nerve wracking since our kids are early risers & we have 4 from 7-12, they can be loud. We never heard the neighbors.

Clean, beautiful, great location!

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a fabulous location for catching the T or driving to sights downtown. Having an off-street parking spot was a huge convenience and our kids enjoyed the playground next door. The host was thoughtful and hospitable, even stocking the fridge with bottled water. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Southie Get Away

We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place. After spending 5 days in Vermont on a walking Inn to Inn tour it was great to get to this Southie townhome for some rest and relaxation. Jack was amazing at communicating with us and offered great advice! We would definitely stay here again! Fantastic place and location!

Great place

Loved the property and it was very convenient to get around. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Walking distance of restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to visit Boston.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We traveled to Boston to see our son graduate from BC. We have stayed in the area many times over his 4 years. This location was wonderful with great restaurants and easy access to the city. The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. Thanks so much for a great place to lay our heads.

Wicked Awesome VRBO!

We can't say enough positive things about this rental! The place was lovely, clean, warm & inviting, and felt like home away from home! The whole place is so cute and comfy, from the complimentary drinks to the peaceful bedrooms. Everyone, from Grandma to the Graduate, loved being able to spend time together. The communication was excellent and Jack was so easy to work with. We look forward to coming back to see more of Boston.
