Thank you so much for sharing your feedback from your stay! I'm truly sorry for the frustration around the check-in and check-out process with the portal and codes. Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback—it really helps me see the experience through your eyes. I’m truly sorry that the timing of the pricing and some aspects of cleanliness and convenience left you feeling disappointed, and I appreciate you being so constructive about it rather than just frustrated. I’ll be passing your comments along to the building team and will also look more closely into options around luggage storage so future guests don’t have to spend a whole day dragging suitcases around like you did 😅. It means a lot that, despite these issues, you still found so much to enjoy, and I’d love the chance to welcome you back another time under better circumstances.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience—it truly makes me happy to know your family trip went so smoothly, and I especially appreciate your note about the check-in video (I totally get the feeling of arriving at 2am and just wanting everything to work!). 😊
