Absolutely recommend this cabin! Our little family had a great time during our stay. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful cabin with a relaxing hot tub, peaceful surroundings, and excellent communication with the host. This is a perfect place to enjoy a little getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great lil cabin in the mountains! Right by the river! Close to downtown & a great restaurant right by the cabin! The inside was so cozy & decorated so cute! We can’t wait to come back soon!

We were in town to ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and this place was just 15 minutes away. It was everything we needed. Our son, my wife, and I took advantage of the room with the three beds. The home is on a dead-end drive so there isn't any traffic driving by. Peaceful place that fit our needs perfectly.

The driveway/road leading to the cabin was a little treacherous but otherwise we had an absolute spectacular time! Highly recommend!

The road did get roughed up a bit after the recent heavy rain. Since it’s a privately maintained gravel road, all of us who live along it chip in to keep it in good shape. We’re already in the process of getting it smoothed back out, and it should be better again soon. Gravel roads in this part of Georgia can feel a little bumpy after storms, but they’re safe to travel and part of the mountain experience out here. Very pleasant 4-night stay. The cabin has everything needed to enjoy the area and have an excellent "home base" for relaxing. Communication from Scott was the best we've ever had from a STR owner. Would stay again, if in the area.

We just got back from our trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had no problem with getting in. The cabin was very clean. It was peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed.we would definitely use again. The road to get up to the house is rough but that is not the owners fault. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved it. It was so clean. Very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. The hot tub could use a little maintenance. Nothing major. But overall we had the best anniversary weekend. 10 out 10 recommend.

We loved the privacy of this super cute cabin. Location was perfect to so many things. It felt comfortable the couple days staying here. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We loved all the detail of the cabin feel inside.

The place is decorated so cute. We love the rustic decor. It’s clean and had plenty enough room for me and my friends. This is the first mountain girls trip we did( we normally go to the beach) this was the perfect place. The hot tub was a . I’m also glad the it has a generator because the electric went out for a while and the generator kicked on so we were not left without electricity. ( that would have been scary since it was so dark.) All in all the place was wonderful and Scott was very quick to respond to my messages. Thank you for a wonderful weekend experienced.

Scott and Jane are wonderful hosts. The accommodations are perfect, very clean and welcoming. It is located perfectly for many beautiful sights, hikes and bites. We enjoyed Aska trails, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Sandy bottoms for fishing and Mercier Orchard for strawberry picking/eating in May.

This is our second year at the cabin. We enjoyed it so much we decided to repeat this year. We did bring some tubes to tie off onto rocks in the river for some lazy day floating by the dock on the river. We also enjoyed Falls Branch Falls just a few miles away. The downtown area is not far either. We did a little shopping. We saw many things to do but just not enough time to do it all. The cabin is small but just what we needed! They have it stocked for many different cooking needs. We love this area and this cabin.

We had a very good overall stay at 175 Rocky Top in Blue Ridge! The rooms were clean, the pricing was fair, and the listing itself was good.Our host, Scott, was absolutely amazing. He was a very nice guy and incredibly helpful when I called him to confirm we could use the dock.There were just two minor things that differed a bit from our expectations. The shower was a bit strange because it had a very low shower head, though we made it work. Also, the pictures gave the impression that the dock was directly attached to the property. It is actually on the other side of the road. While you can walk to it, the path through the woods is very steep and requires physically crossing the road, so we found it easier to drive down to it.Aside from the low shower head and the dock setup, everything else was fine. We had a great time, appreciate Scott's excellent hospitality, and would definitely book again!

The shower setup is part of the original lower level, some guests love the cast iron tub, other guests not so much. I'm sorry you were disappointed that the house was not right on the river. The listing description and the confirmation message both mention that the riverside deck is across the road and down the short wooded path.
