Perfect location for exploring Yosemite, especially if you’re planning to spend time outside of the valley. Kitchen is small but impressively stocked. Two full bathrooms, plenty of soft fluffy towels. WiFi worked great. There’s even an ice machine in the building, which was super helpful.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. The location to Yosemite park was amazing. Communication was excellent and the description of the property was accurate. No AC did not matter even in July with the elevation the property is located. The fans worked well. We even saw a bear walking close to the property in the early morning!!!! If I come back to Yosemite area again I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to others.

Arnold is a terrific host! He is quick to respond to any need. The place is clean and comfortable for 2-4 people. I especially liked the 2 full bathrooms and living area with large screen tv. The beds are comfortable. I would stay here again. Well done, Arnold!

We visited during a winter storm. The place is cozy and has great view of the winter wonderland outside. Host was really kind to offer us extra night of stay, if the road closure impacts our departure date.

This is a lovely property that is well upkept, clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely consider returning. Arnold our host was quick to respond to us when we communicated with him. We had a great visit. Thank you Arnold for a wonderful trip.

The owner was very responsive and accomodating. The condo was very clean and as described on the listing. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the valley floor.

Great condo for visiting Yosemite

Great location in the park. Very convenient being inside the park but not in the busy valley area. Had everything we needed and slept 5 of us comfortably. Would stay here again.

3 nights stay to visite yosemite park

Property is fine to stay with 4 people, even with 5 of 6, using the sofabed.It has everything you need to sleep and cook and eat.

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our family of five. It was convenient to stay inside the gates of the park. Everything was clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

Fans are too loud. The ceiling fan upstairs is wobbly and should be replaced. Wobbly chair at the dining area table that should be fixed or replaced. No sheet pans to cook with for the oven. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. There are two small refrigerators. Two full bathrooms. Only about a 30 minute drive in the morning to get to the main part of Yosemite. A little longer in the afternoon due to traffic.

We liked how close the unit was to the Yosemite valley. Check in was easy and clear. Unit was warm (made it a little difficult to sleep) even in early spring without AC and didn’t seem to have great ventilation. Unit overall was very clean except for some kitchen supplies were stored dirty. Communication was prompt and clear with host.

Great spot for Yosemite NP

The property was as advertised; great access to the Park. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of WiFi service (we were planning on researching trails and activities while at the unit but could hardly send texts).
