This charming, 2-bedroom ground floor condominium is located bayside of Coastal Hwy on the south side of Dewey Beach. The HOA maintains a clean, quiet, family-friendly, rule-abiding environment. From the condo you'll be able to walk to the beach in just 3 minutes! The max occupancy of the unit is 6 persons at all times. Each of the 2 bedrooms features queen beds, large dressers and vanities, window blinds with blackout curtains, and plenty of mirrors. There is a comfortable 5" spring-mattress sleeper sofa in the living area inside the large L-shaped couch. The living area also features a flat screen TV with Roku Ultra streaming device + voice remote, free high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (GE brand), including a drip coffee maker (filters and coffee grounds provided to you). I've been a Premier Host with Vrbo for over two years, and have recieved 150+ 5 star reviews across the various platforms for my properties in the Dewey Beach area. My intentions are always to create charming environments with everything you may need for an enjoyable beach vacation (I just ask that you BYO beach towels, makeup wipes, and sunscreen). The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, and inclusive of all essentials. The beds will be made with clean bed linens, and folded on top you'll find clean shower towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. I also provide 6 beach chairs, beach accessories, and 2 Dewey Beach Street Parking Passes (you park for free) at no extra charge! The condo is located two buildings from Town Hall and the Police Station, in a safe environment, yet just steps to the beach, and beautiful bayside dining at The Lighthouse/The Rusty Rudder. Downtown Dewey Beach is super easy to walk to (5 blocks north), yet far enough away for peace & quiet. Downtown Dewey is home to the legendary live music venue The Bottle & Cork, The Starboard, and Woody's Bar & Grill (makers of the best crabcake on the east coast). Walk one block north and you can catch the Jolly Trolley into downtown Rehoboth for a day at the shops and boardwalk. I am an easy-going Host, and very reasonable...I just need to confirm potential guests understand this property is not a "party-house!".... so please review the House Rules: no parties/events, no excessive noise/loud music, and no smoking/vaping on the complex (including the shared outdoor common area). Please rinse off sandy feet using the hose to the left of the building, and please keep personal items inside the condo (as opposed to the hallway or outdoors). Exactly as listed

Great location, condo was exactly as advertised, host was very available and accommodating. We have 3 kids 16, 22 and 28. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and walking to dinner at night at the great nearby restaurants. Of note, we went Labor Day weekend and the restaurants were way more busy than their usual busy, but there are lots of beautiful views and places to sit and relax while you wait for a table. Just go with a laid back mind. Of note for the condo- it seemed to have everything. I love that the beds came with sheets on and we did not have to make up our beds on vacation. I lived the little things, like shampoo dispenser in shower, hair dryer, coffee, beach umbrella, chairs! I can’t think of anything that we needed, that wasn’t already supplied- right down to wipes and first aide kits. The outdoor sitting area was nice and the neighbors who shared common space friendly. It’s quiet, but also in the mix of it all. We felt safe with Dewey PD nearby. I was concerned about parking- but we were able to park near the condo. I know I’ve said this once already- but host was super awesome! Made our stay worth it. If there was something to complain about- I don’t remember what it was- because of all the hospitality provided, I can’t think of anything negative to share.

Summer road-trip out East

The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The condo was stocked with all the essentials and it was very cozy and clean.

Great location! Many perks!

Owner called the day before our check in. Answered the phone on day of arrival when I had a question about parking and responded to all my texts and approved both an early check in and a late check out. Free daily umbrella rental at beach. Let me keep the parking pass all day on day of check out so we could continue to park in permit spots. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beach just across the street. Dewey fireworks were just off the parking lot in the bay. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place.

Great host

Host had great communication, reaching out to us first. Were able to accommodate a late check out and helped us with parking permiwhen we arrived early to give us parking allowing us to enjoy the area while cleaners finished up. House and beach items provided were an awesome bonus and made packing much lighter. All main areas very clean, including shower, bedding, kitchen, kitchen items etc. Only place with some dirt was under the stored ottomans, which i suspect hadnt been used in awhile. Location was great, host was great! Would use again and recommend.

Ben was an attentive host. The house had great amenities (toiletries, beach chairs, linens, kitchen items) even umbrella set up on the beach! The house was clean, the outdoor space was perfect too. We will be back next year!

Cute and Cozy

My sister and I came for a 50 th birthday party drove from Ohio. This place was perfect a perfect location to meet friends out to listen to music and eat at yummy places. Was a close walk to water but unfortunately we did not get beach weather. This condo was comfortable and cozy for down time!! Also the host Ben was great!

Great for Grown Ups😀

Property manager was great and so responsive. Location is great and property was clean. We stayed off season to attend a friends 50th Bday weekend and it was perfect for 2 adult couples which happened to be during a hurricane. The street did flood but the parking spots in front of the condo were aafe. Walls are thin but we had no problems. Condo was well supplied and comfortable with tasteful decor.

Lovely Rental

We had a wonderful stay, and do we beach. Thank you Ben we loved all of the communication and instructions. The location was perfect. The beach umbrellas in all the beach equipment was wonderful to have a knot luck with us. Overall a wonderful say the top blame me back.

We stayed 3 nights. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. For us the best part was a paid umbrella which normally would have cost us $16 for each day.

Friends Vacation

This was such a cute condo and very well stocked with everything we needed. Ben was a pleasure to work with. He called before our stay to see if we had any questions or if there was anything we needed. He texted during our stay to make sure things were going well. He was so helpful with different activities/establishments to check out around the area. Excellent host, definitely will stay here again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Look no further and stay here! We had a long weekend booked at Ben’s property for a mother daughter trip (5 of us). Ben’s customer service is unmatched! He called the day before our arrival date to discuss the checkin process, amenities and recommendations for the area - which was already off to an impressive start. To add, he actually ran out and picked up a beach buggy for us to use the night before we arrived without hesitation. When we arrived, he met us at the property, allowed us to drop off some items and park the car well before check-in so we could head to the beach for the day. He texted all throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The apartment is very clean, has all essentials as advertised, the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possibly ever need and it’s in the perfect location. All weekend we talked about how we can’t wait to come back and stay again. 10/10!!

Weekend in Dewey

Our experience with this property was flawless! This is a great location with beach and restaurants and plenty to do right in the heart of Dewey Beach. The condo is nicely appointed and very quiet and peaceful. He location being right by the police station also felt very safe. I highly recommend this property and working with Ben,The owner, was a distinct pleasure! He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasurable and that we had everything we needed.

Originally from Lancaster, PA, I attended the University of Delaware to study biology, graduating in 2014. I've been working in the bioscience industry ever since (can't believe it's been 10 years already...!)

I’ve loved spending time in Dewey over the years…lifeguarding on the beach during my college summers and enjoying many visits since! I hope my beach homes make for a great vacation for you, your friends, & family.

Location, location, location! You will be staying just south of the heart of Dewey, only ~3 minutes of a walk from the beach! Enjoy live music and bay view dining at The Rusty Rudder and The Lighthouse only 1 block south, concerts at the Bottle and Cork 5 blocks north, and many other great restaurants only a short walk away. There are no restaurants or bars on the block of the condo, making it a quiet and relaxing location that is great for families as well. The Jolley Trolley can pick you up across the street and take you to the Rehoboth Boardwalk for only $5 round trip. The Boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave are home to a plethora of shops, restaurants, unique art galleries, FunLand amusement park, The Candy Kitchen, and more. I have beach chairs, a beach cooler bag, and some other beach accessories at the condo that you are welcome to use!
