DE TRE R'S

Denna vackra stuga i Dewey Beach är ett kast tillbaka till de enkla dagarna med semester på stranden. Beläget på viksidan av Ocean Highway är det en kort promenad till stranden eller till viken. ALLT ligger inom gångavstånd från hjärtat av Dewey.

Stugan är västra sidan av en duplex och har klassisk not tall i hela, en signatur utseende av de tidiga Dewey Beach hem. Det finns 2 sovrum och 1 badrum. I det stora vardagsrummet finns 2 dagarsängar för att sova extra gäst. En stor skärmad veranda med stort takfläkt är den perfekta miljön för morgonkaffe eller bara kyla efter en dag på stranden. Om du vill åka till Rehoboth för en kväll är Jolly Trolly-stoppet i slutet av gatan framför Grotto Pizza.

Husdjur är välkomna (extra avgifter) begränsat till 2 husdjur. Högst 6 gäster är tillåtna som inkluderar alla vuxna och barn. Vi reserverar alla bokningar till familjer eller endast ansvariga och respektfulla vuxna. Snälla inga grupper. Du måste tillhandahålla egna sängkläder, handdukar och pappersprodukter. Varje sovrum har en dubbelsäng. Dagssängarna i vardagsrummet anses vara tvåbäddsrum. Rökning är begränsad till det avskärmade i verandan.

Stugan har central luftkonditionering och värme för lågsäsong njutning. Alla bokningar mellan Memorial Day-veckan och Labor Day-veckan är minst en vecka. Långa helger är tillgängliga för lågsäsong. Sommaruthyrning är från lördag till lördag. Parkering utanför gatan finns för 2 bilar. Vardagsrummet har kabel-TV och DVD-spelare. Det finns gratis internet. TV är Köket är utrustat med komplett sortiment, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, kaffekanna, Keurig och alla grytor, kastruller och bestick. Det finns en gasgrill på sidodäcket. (vi underhåller inte propanflaskan)

Another amazing stay at the cottage! Pet friendly, convenient and a very well stocked kitchen! Great little outdoor area. We love the screened in porch!!! Fantastic updates this year to lighting and bathroom were very nice! Ron is an amazing host and a super nice guy. We truly love staying here!

We LOVE the cottage! This is our 4th year and we already booked for next year 2026! Ron is great and personable. The arrival is so easy and welcoming! Things we love: easy unloading and loading the car, the screened in porch, the yard space and trees and garden, the spacious rooms, THE NEW BATHROOM SHOWER, The new living room furniture, ease to get to the beach and music and free meals at the North Beach bar, dog friendly and all at a great price. Classic vintage cottage

The check in was seamless as usual. The kitchen offers a drip coffeemaker, a Keurig, toasters, blender and plenty of basic dishes, glasses and cups. Personally, I would like to have a baking sheet, and some larger bowls added along with a few storage containers. The screened in porch is a welcome place for coffee in the morning and for relaxing with beverage in the evening under the ceiling fan.

Perfect Cottage

We really enjoyed the location and the cottage itself. Close to everything, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Walk right to the beach and restaurants and bars and the trolley stop to rehoboth. Loved the screened in porch.

Wonderful Getaway

We have been coming to this cottage for several years and we are in love with it. Short walk to the beach on one side and short walk to the bay on the other side. Food, drink, other necessities right around the corner. If you want to stay in and cook, that can be conveniently done. Screened in porch on the side is delightful. Ron has remodeled the bathroom and it is grand. We know if we have any problems, Ron will take care of them, however, we never have any b/c he has everything organized. We will return again as soon as we can for another relaxing stay.

Great little cottage, fantastic location, nicely kept and with a fully stocked kitchen …..and a true throwback to the good ole days. It’s adorable! The host is responsible and flexible- a really nice person! Second time here and definitely want to stay here again!

We Love the Cottage!

This was our fourth summer at the beach cottage/cabin. It’s very spacious and we love the private breezy screened in porch! Our grandkids come and we have space for everyone to enjoy dinner together! We love the huge TV for a movie night! The new sofas are very comfy and so are the beds! The yard is nice for kids and dogs too! There’s also a washer and dryer and a grill and picnic table. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating in to save money! Parking and loading and unloading your car is so simple just a few steps! The walk to the beach is easy and the bay sunset is great! Our grandkids love the playground across the street too!! See you next year! nice

Loved this cabin at the beach!

Location of rental is fantastic, between the beach and bay- with walking distance to everything. Rental was immaculate and very comfortable, with well equipped kitchen and very nice living room. Beds were amazingly comfy! We just loved the charm and vibe- and especially the screened in porch! We had a wonderful relaxing stay and can’t wait to go back. Host was very kind, responsive and accommodating!

Beach Cottage Get-Away

Ronald was very welcoming and the cottage was better than the photos portrayed. Surprisingly close to all the Dewey hotspots and very short walk to beach. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again.
