Kom och bo pÄ vÄr bedÄrande sommarstuga, belÀgen i vackra Narragansett, RI! Detta familjevÀnliga hus har 3 drottnings sovrum och ett badrum som uppdaterades 2016. Varje sovrum och vardagsrummet har vÀggmonterade stora platt-TV-apparater, alla med tillgÄng till NetFlix. Huset har ocksÄ WiFi. OBS: SÀngklÀder (lakan och handdukar) ingÄr inte i hyran, men kan vara tillgÀngliga att hyra mot en extra avgift. Kontakta mig om du Àr intresserad.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter! Den har ett kylskÄp i full storlek, gasspis / ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, kaffekanna och mixer. Det har gott om krukor och kastruller, bestick, olika köksredskap, liksom gott om disk och silver.

VÄr stuga Àr perfekt för familjer! Det ligger nÀra en lekplats, tennis- och basketplaner och ett baseballfÀlt. Vi tillhandahÄller barnvÀnliga spel och leksaker för din anvÀndning nÀr du bor hemma.

VÄrt hus ligger bara en kort promenad eller snabb körning till Scarborough State Beach, en kort bilresa till den barn- / familjevÀnliga Roger Wheeler State Beach eller Narragansett Town Beach.

Huset har central luftkonditionering för din sömnkomfort efter en varm dag pÄ stranden. Det finns en fantastisk trÀdgÄrd för barnen att leka nÀr du lagar middag eller grillar pÄ bakgÄrdsgasens BBQ-grill. DÀck har ett bord, stolar och ett stort paraply för avkoppling. Det finns ocksÄ en stor eldstad: perfekt för att koppla av efter en lÄng dag med kul i solen!

Uteduschen har bÄde varmt och kallt vatten; perfekt för att tvÀtta bort sanden frÄn en dag pÄ stranden.

SlÀpp i din kajak, gÄ i kajak eller titta pÄ de underbara solnedgÄngarna över Salt Pond, precis nedför gatan.

VÄrt hus har ett öppet koncept vardagsrum, kök och matsal.

Det nyrenoverade badrummet har ett badkar i full storlek och har en helt ny tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare.

Sunset Farms, som ligger precis nere pÄ gatan, Àr en utmÀrkt plats att plocka upp lokalt kött och producera till grillen, samt ved för vÄr eldstad i trÀdgÄrden.

Bondens marknad pÄ Fisherman's Memorial Campground pÄ söndagar Àr en annan stor resurs för lokala produkter, kött, Àgg och andra handgjorda lokala godsaker.

Narragansett Pier har en utmÀrkt grupp butiker och restauranger. Nana's Ice Cream och TRIO-restaurang Àr personliga favoriter!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with a great back yard. Plenty of room to park more than one vehicle. We really appreciated lots of empty cabinet space in the kitchen for our own supplies. Lovely home!

What a lovely cottage to spread out, relax and enjoy! Inside is light with brilliant sunshine. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy packing up for the day at the beach or cooking fresh local seafood for dinner. The outside patio has a grill and a great seating for dining. Most evenings, we enjoyed sitting by the fire. This is our second stay and we look forward to returning to this sweet, peaceful place. Lovely beach house

We loved our stay here and the house had everything we needed. It was handy to have a coffee shop and diner nearby and you can even walk to the beach. We will definitely come back to the area.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay, we had all the conveniences of home and the neighborhood is so nice , just a short car trip of 5 minutes to Scarborough beach ! We got some much needed rest , just what the doctor ordered :)

Fun in Narragansett!

The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very nice and friendly. The house was clean and a little larger than I thought. Plenty of the essentials and the patio was very nice with a new grill. No negatives. The hosts were awesome and made sure we were up and running. Thanks Megan!

Beach time

The spacious house was full of natural light, well equipped and very comfortable. Our hosts were great! They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. After a day of sun and swim, the home has a lovely outdoor patio space to shower, dine and later relax by the fire stove. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip!

Summer Girls Getaway

Property is at an ideal location. Close to beaches and shops. Clean, nice open concept and well cared for. Nice outdoor shower enjoyed by all. Only qualm needs dishwasher or deeper kitchen sink. Would definitely stay there again!

Stop looking. You’ve found the perfect spot for a vacation at the beach. Gracious, helpful hosts. Comfortable, cute home with amenities galore. Close to beaches, restaurants. We spent June 2023 there, and we had to tear ourselves away. Book it! You’ll be glad you did.

Great start to summer!

Great cottage to share with family and friends for the start of summer! House was clean and check-in was super easy. Megan was helpful and responded quickly to questions about the TV. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sunny deck, fire pit, and, of course, the outdoor shower.

Great beach cottage!

We had a great stay here! The house was clean and cozy, with a great back deck and yard. Very short drive to Scarborough and Roger Wheeler beaches. Yard was perfect for our young son to play in and the house had toys available as well. Meghan was super responsive and helpful!

Cozy beach cottage

My family loved Megan’s beach cottage. The cottage was very clean and well decorated. We loved the beach theme! The central air and outside shower was much appreciated following a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to the beach! Thank you Megan for sharing your cottage with my family!

My husband and I are Rhode Islanders: I was born and raised here; my husband went to URI and never went home. Loving Narragansett so much, we decided to settle down here to raise our family and are happy to call this great town our hometown!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have owned this home for many years; we called it 'home' for many years before starting a family. My children have enjoyed vacationing at 'the Durkin house' (as they call it) and we have loved building fond summer memories with them there. Narragansett is a wonderful town for summer vacations, with its many beaches, playgrounds, parks and festivals.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is a perfect getaway from wherever you may come from. It's close to the beach, but can also be a great place to relax, whether in the backyard or on the cozy couch with a cold drink, just knowing you're near the beach. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!
