Detta 5 år gamla hem med 3 sovrum har 3 rymliga sovrum, fullt möblerat vardagsrum / matsal, solrum, 2 fulla bad, italienska porslinsvärme. Diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, stor trädgård, kort promenad till havet. 1800 kvadratmeter hus byggd 2014. 4 TV: s trådlösa WI-FI, Blue Ray DVD, ROKU och alla möbler. Hyr varje vecka på sommaren eller minst 2 natt och helger (fre-söndag) Höst, vinter och vår. Absolut inga husdjur! Måste vara över 21 såvida inte med föräldrar. Karta quest 14 Eire Road, Narragansett, RI för vägbeskrivning eller ring ägaren. Incheckning är 2: 00p. m och kolla in 10:00 a. m skarp. Jag gör inte college eller långtidsuthyrning. Vi erbjuder sängkläder och handdukar. Nyligen tillagda helhusgenerator kommer att säkerställa en bra semester om strömmen skulle gå förlorad.

URI Graduation

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from URI. The house was outstanding!! Every amenity you could imagine was at your disposal in this house. The owner, Gary, was very prompt with his communication. The House was immaculate. Directions on how to use everything in the house at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!

Short waln to the beach

Five 40- something college friends reunited for a weekend away in Narraganset! This house was perfect to chii out and enjoy each other’s company. Very well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Cleaning products, linens, bedding and paper products provided. Communication with host was excellent.

Friends (for over 50 years) getaway weekend

This home was perfect for our brief getaway. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, just blocks from beautiful Scarborough Beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable inside, with a large grassy backyard and patio area, which we, unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use. We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen was well appointed for those who choose to do so. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We ate at Coastal Cabin for a casual dinner and at T’s in the morning for breakfast. Newport is about a 30 minute easy drive away and we spent the day there and visited the International Tennis Hall of Fame and ate at Sardella’s for dinner which was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay. My only semi complaint is the 10 am check-out time. Since quests are asked to throw towels and linens in the wash it’s a bit of a rush. We were only able to get the towels in the wash. No time to throw in the dryer or to wash the linens. No one wants to rush and do chores on the morning of departure. But overall I would highly recommend for like travelers, we are a group of 4-5 60 plus female friends, and for families as well. Gary was very communicative prior to our stay but left us alone during our stay. We happily had no reason to contact him. 🙂

This house is a gem

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a weekend of wedding festivities nearby. We walked the 10 minutes to Scarborough Beach and had a lovely stroll there. We also had a yummy meal at George's in Galilee. The house was super clean and well stocked and very comfortable. One suggestion would be to install room darkening shades in the queen bedroom - the early morning light prevents any hope of a sleep in. Thank you, Gary!

Picture doesn’t do it justice

The pictures on VRBO don’t do it just. House very clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing I would say is shower curtains had a little mold on them, but we overlooked the fact. The lawn and house were beautiful on the outside.

WONDERFUL Property

My girlfriends and I had a weekend getaway this fall. The house was wonderful and would love to stay with my family next time. Open floor plan made it great to hang out while others in kitchen prepping. Love the decor all over - a lot of little cute touches! Super clean, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Gary was right on top of everything! Highly recommend!

Lovely family vacation

This house was very comfortable and well stocked. The wagon in the back was perfect for hauling our beach stuff to Scarborough Beach. The back yard was very private and the girls loved looking for bunnies back there in the evening.

Family neighborhood, walk to convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, Deli or to Scarborough Beach. House has all the features for an enjoyable family vacation. Spacious back yard with patio allows for outdoor games with the family and outdoor dining all summer long. We enjoy sitting on the porch in new chairs and or in the back yard just enjoying the ocean air and family neighborhood. Plenty of privacy and seating with 4 Adirondack chairs, glider, and comfortable front porch seating. Here are a few comments although under reviews there are many others: " This was our 5th time staying.... each visit is a happy experience... your house makes a wonderful home away from home." " We had a great time at your home...Its such a perfect place... we always appreciate how well you take care of it....just like being home.
