Guests have access to the entire house except for a few owner closets. The front door has an electric door lock, we will provide the code once your pre-check in is completed.

The cabin is located in Big Bear Lake, in one of Big Bears’ most desirable neighborhoods close to the slopes, lake and village. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the cabin. Please do not park on the street as your car may be towed.

🚫 House Rules:
- Maximum Occupancy: 5 guests. Exceeding the limit may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Parking: 5 vehicles maximum. Park only in designated areas. No parking on the street. Illegally parked cars may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

- Pets: Allowed with a $25/night fee per pet. Clean up after pets inside and outside of the home.
-Trash Disposal: Please use the designated outdoor containers for all trash. Do not leave any waste behind, including items in the fridge

- Smoking: No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal drugs. This includes outside areas.
- No Parties/Events: No parties, weddings, gatherings, or filming allowed. Violators may be evicted without refund.
- BBQ: Use the propane grill only. Charcoal or lighter fluid is prohibited.
Propane refills can be done at the local DIY store.
- Repairs/Access: Homeowner may access the property for repairs/inspections.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property.
- Refunds: No refunds for mechanical failures, insects, or weather-related issues (snow, power outages, etc.).
- Acts of Nature: Weather, road closures, or natural events may impact your stay. No refunds for these.
- Power Outages: Common in Big Bear. No refunds for outages.
- Snow Removal: Snow will be cleared when levels reach 4 inches. Guests may need to shovel if they arrive before services are provided.

✍️ Other Things to Note:
As per Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you’ll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’re also required to verify your identification. This process is done electronically, but you also have the option to visit our check-in office if preferred.
