Welcome to Gulfview Beach Escape, your new favorite place! This newly renovated 3bd, 2ba one story house just off 30A is a quick 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and has everything you'll need to make your visit to Santa Rosa Beach memorable. Our bungalow is situated at the West end of 30A in Dune Allen Beach, at the intersection of 30A & 393 and is nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Gulfview Heights. The Gulfview Beach Escape is located along a 26 mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Florida's Panhandle. We are located in one of the 16 distinct neighborhoods in Santa Rosa Beach that has its own character charm. A quick golf cart ride and you have easy access to local restaurants and shopping. You are also a short distance away from other 30A favorite neighborhoods like Seaside, Seacrest & Rosemary Beach. Inside the home you'll find an open kitchen, eat in island and stainless steel appliances. An open family room awaits with a smart TV ready for your streaming network of choice, a large dining table with bench seating. Spread out in one of the many outdoor seating areas, relax in the beautiful heated pool, or sip your morning coffee in one of the rocking chairs out front.

All mattresses are memory foam Certi-Pur-Us Certified. Primary Bedroom- King bed private bath with tub & separate shower, sleeps 2. Second Bedroom- Queen bed, sleeps 2. Third Bedroom-two- twin over twin bunks, sleeps 4. Second & Third bedroom share second bath housing shower/tub combo. The home is stocked with all of the basic essentials you will need. All you will have to do is unpack and enjoy your vacation! A shed out back provides all of the beach essentials you need to make your beach trip enjoyable (chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon, etc.) A list of home essentials will be provided to assist you with your packing. The home has a convenient laundry room with washer & dryer. A 6 seater street legal golf cart is included with property to make transportation to the beach a breeze. Outdoor security cameras are provided for your safety, as well as pool door alarm system.

Family perfect

This worked great for my family! 3 yr old & 4 month old We used the pack’n play provided & put a twin mattress on the floor in the bunk room for my 3 yr old. Baby even had her own room, if needed the master closet is big enough for the pack’n play! Pool was perfect. Loved the quite neighborhood & big yard. Yes, still close enough to restaurants etc. Games in bunk room were an added bonus, as well as the cooler. We would stay again!

Great Getaway!

Perfect property for a weekend getaway with a group of friends! So close to the beach and the golf cart was an added bonus! The pool area was so cute and was so fun to hang out at. The house had everything we needed! We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Perfect Spot for Relaxing Family Vacation!

This property was perfect for my family (my husband and I, my in-laws and our two young children). It was very clean, much better equipped than any other VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She was very quick to respond to any questions and happy to help us in any way. Location was ideal for our family. Very close beach access, close to restaurants and shops but tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved having the golf cart to get around. The pool was amazing! My family had such a nice stay and we’ve already decided we can’t wait to come back here.

Lovely home in a quiet peaceful location!

We had the best week - the photos didn’t do this house justice. It was stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were so tasteful and everything seemed brand new. The pool and backyard was our favorite part and the golf cart was icing on the cake. We had just a couple issues during our stay but Breann was amazing to work with and took care of everything within minutes. Loved the quieter end of 30A, had no trouble with traffic and the beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride away. Overall, just lovely.

Quiet retreat near 30A

Home was conveniently located in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of beach. Golf cart made it super handy. Loved the heated pool and backyard. It was perfect for a family with young children. Host was very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. We would stay there again.

Family spring break!

An amazing trip to 30A! Our family had the perfect getaway to a fabulous house. We loved the pool, walks to the beach, and the sunshine all around the beautiful house. This place had everything we needed and even more! So impressed with all the kitchen supplies! We will definitely be back!

Paradise!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The pool was AMAZING and gorgeous! We had some questions throughout the week and the property manager was so attentive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals and Publix was right down the street. The beach was a short walk/bike ride but Grayton Beach was our favorite. Deer lake was beautiful as well!

Great Little Escape

We had a great time at this property! Perfect for our two families with. 1 year old and 3 year old. Pool was great for afternoons after a morning of being at the beach. We did have a few little hiccups but the property manager was easy to deal with and had excellent communication!

Amazing home short drive to the beach

The house was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The pool was amazing and the pool alarm system ensured we felt safe with our 3 year old. The beach was a short golf cart ride away and the shed had everything we needed for the pool and beach!

Best vacay!

Our stay was amazing from the cleanliness of the property, the included golf cart and having the pool right in the backyard. Very close to the beach and just down the road from great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

LATE SUMMER FUN

We just returned from a super fun week in 30A. This was our 2nd time in the area and it is such a beautiful & fun place to visit. The Thompsons home was the perfect size for our family of 7. Kids ranging 3-13. It was clean, one level, with a nice private backyard. Good sized pool, lots of seating options, turf, a small shed with everything we needed for the beach... wagon, several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, and also pool toys & some floats. The neighborhood is quiet and access to the beach is super quick and easy (especially with the provided golf cart!) They also had 6 adult sized bikes that we didn't use as we had rented ebikes (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!). Home is on the more western end of 30A and is definitely quieter than Seaside and further east end. If we ever get to come back to this area we would not hesitate to stay in this home again! Thanks again!

Great location and comfortable home

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The house was amazing with great amenities. The beach and town were a quick ride away on the golf cart. The pool was amazing and clean. Great location

We stayed with our family of 7 including a 3 and 14 yr old and it was the perfect house for us. Not too big, not too small. The location is great and the golf cart made it so easy to get back and forth to the beach quickly and easily. The backyard and pool were great and so relaxing. The lights in the pool made night swimming a fun time. We really love the area, the house and will definitely be back for sure.

Everything about this stay was amazing! Breann's communication couldn't have been better. The house, amenities, and pool were perfect for our family of 7 (kids 17-8). The best backyard ever!

We stayed here for about 4 days prior to our longer stay. We had a smaller group so this house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. What we loved about it was the amenities. Golf cart was a huge plus to get us to shops and the beach, which is not a far ride at all. The master bedroom and bath were both super spacious. We had two kids sleep in the master with us. One in a pack n play that the house provided. Along with a sound machine, baby monitors and high chair. All a major bonus for us. We didn’t have to pay extra to rent it all. The backyard was the best we have experienced. Even the bigger homes we rent don’t touch this one. The turf, landscape, lighting and furniture were all awesome. It’s so beautifully done. And the larger shallow end of the pool was a huge plus for our babies to play in. A few things that I would share with families of littles is that there are a lot of doors in the home. Four doors in the main living area. If you are bringing safety knobs bring a combo of handles and knobs. The pool alarm is a nice feature but there is no security layer beyond the two doors that open up to backyard. It’s straight to the pool. The sliding door in the master didn’t have a safety bar which would have been an added bonus. The back porch got slippery with wet feet and there were a few spills. More rugs could probably fix that up. Overall, we loved this place and plan to rent here again! Breann was awesome at communication too!

Fantastic Week!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Gulfview Beach Escape. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect for our family of 7, and the backyard was amazing. The beach access was a short golf cart ride away. The beach was pretty crowded the first day so we decided to drive a little further to the "Fort Panic" access and there was a lot more room to spread out. It turned out to be a perfect beach day. We had some storms during our stay, which unfortunately knocked the power out. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend this vacation house and our family looks forward to returning!

When we saw the white picket fence and large wrap around porch, we knew this was the right place for us! We love that there are so many places to spread out and relax, and enjoy your time. When the ocean is angry, you can even hear the waves crashing from the front porch. Often we will sit in the rocking chairs out front with our coffee and just listen, it is pretty cool! We just love this neighborhood! It is a blend of full time residents and rentals, so you get that friendly charm or a hello wave on your morning walk and it just makes you feel right at home!
