Fantastic Place!

What a lovely place! I loved having the bunk beds for our kids, and it was so convenient to everything in Winter Park. Ill definitely stay here again.

Great ski condo!

Stayed here in January of 2023. Great location walking distance from restaurants and a short drive from the mountain. Wi-Fi was strong and supported video calls for my work. Bunks are great for larger group.

Great Anniversary Weekend

The location was great and we were very comfortable in the space. We would come back with our entire family. We loved the smart TV’s as well.

Convenient to Town & the Mountain

Great stay in Winter Park at this lovely condo! I was so impressed with the short trip to the mountain - both the drive and bus ride were super quick and easy. I also loved being able to walk to dinner each night. The place has two televisions in the living room which were great for watching sports after a day of skiing. I would 100% stay here again.

I've returned to this Winter Park mountain condo multiple times, and it never disappoints. Great Place For A Summer Stay

This was a great place for an early summer stay! The condo itself is beautiful and accommodated our group of 6 with ample space. The back porch was great for coffee in the morning. We rented bikes at a shop that was a short walk away and used them to hit the trails in Winter Park. I'll definitely be back!

Winter Oasis

Timber Fox was a wonderful home base for our Winter Park weekend. A clean & cozy abode in close proximity to all the local watering holes, we could just as easily walk to downtown as we could take the bus to ski. The bunk beds were an added bonus as Im accustomed to sharing a bed on trips. I would definitely recommend Timber, and would stay here next time I visit!

Outstanding Winter Park weekend

Ive stayed in Winter Park twice now - both at Timber Fox 1309. I wouldnt stay anywhere else! Its a short walk to the bus stop (and short ride to the mountain) and its walkable to everything else. The place is set up perfectly - optimized for beds, screens, and lounging. If you like a long day at the slopes, a beverage or two, and a ball game or two on the multiple TVs, look no further.

Holiday Gathering

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo over the holidays. The skiers in my group utilized the convenient shuttles that run regularly to the resort only a few miles away. This place was in immaculate condition and the space was perfect for our group of 6. It has great access to hiking trails, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores. I cant think of one thing I didnt like about the condo or stay. I will absolutely rent again in the future.

So good I had to come back!

I stayed here last year and loved it so much that I had to return. This is easily one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Everything is brand new. It's immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need. It's within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, markets, etc. Construction has finished since last year, and everything is nice and quiet. A+ location if you want to enjoy Winter Park skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We absolutely loved our time at Timber Fox and have plans to return to this condo again! It was modern, clean, and the location could not have been better - it was a quick walk to a number of great restaurants (Deno's, Unravel Cafe, Randi's, and more) and a short bus or drive to the mountain. The town itself was very charming and was a perfect escape from the city - it was a great place to relax and spend some time outdoors. This condo was particularly cozy, with a fireplace, a large dining table, and comfy leather couches (with two TVs - which kept the whole group happy!). We cannot wait to return this fall!

Easter Fun

I visited Winter Park during Easter, and let me tell you, I had an absolute blast! The condo is absolute gem for any summer, fall, winter, and spring escape. The moment I stepped into the condo, I was blown away by its neat condition and stylish design. The thing I loved most about Timber Fox 1309 was its location, which was very close to downtown Winter Park. I was able to enjoy lots of delicious food from various unique restraunts. I am planning on visiting Winter Park again and will definitely be staying in this Condo!

A great place to make new memories with old friends

This is the definition fine livingbrand-new amenities, tasteful decoration, strong wifi, walkability, basically everything youd ever need on a trip. I stayed here in early March 2023 with a few friends I hadnt seen in awhile. The bunk beds were a wonderful surprise! (But not as much as the hot tub). The food, nightlife, and ski rentals are all within walking distance, and there is a shuttle that runs to the mountain if you dont have a car. What else could you ask for? Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Great place, perfect location

This condo was perfect. Very beautiful inside and well maintained. It is very intelligently designed and uses space well. But our favorite part was that it is in walking distance to the only free sledding hill in the winter park / Fraser area and so many great restaurants. My kids loved it, and I loved that we could just keep the car in the covered garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

My favorite Winter Park place!

This is my third time staying at Timber Fox 1309 because we have had such a great experience! It is cared for meticulously, and it is always super clean. It has a comfortable main room with plenty of seating. The fact that it is close to town and the mountain is so amazing, and it makes it easy for everyone to enjoy the vacation (skiers and non-skiers). The bus schedule is easy to follow and picks up not too far from the condo. Would highly recommend!
