Four of them are located on the first level: two queen masters, both with deck access; a king master featuring a separate tub and shower and a dual vanity; and a room with two single beds. A washer/dryer is located on this level, as is a den — a nice bonus space with a couch and Smart TV. The final bedroom, a king master featuring a zero-entry accessible shower, is located on the second level and opens onto the home’s great room. Cathedral ceilings, lots of windows and an open floor plan enhance the space bringing everyone to together as you wind up for the day and wind down at night. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
