Kom och njut av en vistelse i vår mysiga Oceanside Beach Studio, med tillgång till samhället (bara 200 meter bort) till den lugna stranden i Hatteras Village. Njut av en fisketur på en av de många charter från Hatteras Marina, precis längs vägen, eller till och med lite surffiske på stranden. Om fiske inte är din sak, kom koppla av på den vackra stranden och se vågorna komma och gå. Om du vill ha utomhusaktiviteter kan du prova kitesurfing, vindsurfing eller surfa i OBX. Det finns också kajakutflykter och delfinbehandlingsturer i närheten. Koppla av och njut av sanden mellan tårna på e = msea2.

Denna förhöjda strandstudio ligger ungefär en mil från Ocracoke Ferry i Hatteras Village. Och är bekvämt beläget nära många restauranger och lokala shopping.

Denna stuga erbjuder sin studiolägenhet för din njutning. Studiolägenheten har en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa, nyrenoverat kök och uppdaterat designerbadrum. Denna enhet sover 2 (eller upp till 4 med bäddsoffa) och har ett fullt utrustat kök, TV, DVD-spelare, stereo och tillgång till en tvättmaskin och torktumlare (på fastigheten) samt tillgång till det stora däck, med en badtunna och grill. Vi inkluderar också trådlöst internet och kabel-TV. Njut av utsikten över Pamlico Sound från denna mysiga studio med din familj eller vänner.

Nice stay

Overall, the property met expectations. Very clean and worked well for my husband, myself, and our dog. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. Just a short walk down the street and up the dune. We enjoyed the area very much. Quiet and sleepy at this time of year but that is what we were looking for. Mark is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to answer any questions. Hot tub was older but working. There was a bit of sand in it before we even used it the first time. Wish there was more dish, hand soap and paper towels. We would have brought that if we needed to but didn't know that. I would recommend bringing those for yourself as well as some type of plastic wrap or Reynolds wrap for leftovers. All in all, good stay. Thanks Mark!

Perfect trip

Mark was absolutely amazing! He was very communicative and made the whole process extremely easy and not stressful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The house was beautiful and the perfect location to the beach. Clean hot tub and clean grill with a full tank of propane and everything you need was right there! Couldn’t have asked for a better host and location! His prices are MORE than fair!! We will surely be booking again in the future!

Great place!

The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

10/10 Fantastic Beach Stay

My husband, myself and our puppy booked a 4 night stay through VRBO at the Cozy Studio Oceanside in Hatteras Village, NC, and the place exceeded our expectations!!! The studio was clean, kitchen and bathroom well stocked, had all the amenities of home. Added bonus was the beach was a mere 200 yard walk. Mark the owner was very easy to reach and answered all of questions We will definitely book a future vacation!!!

Mark's place is awesome. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to enjoy a full week stay but communication with Mark was top notch. He is extremely responsive and a very generous host. We have already booked his place for another week.

EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!

It was a wonderful experience. We had never stayed at a VRBO and so were apprehensive, but this was great. Mark Turner was great always responding in a timely manner. The place was just right for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, there was a washer/dryer there--we didn't use and a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone with just 2 people.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our 4th year at e=mSea2 and it was easily the best yet. The house is perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Great amenities, perfect location just down the street from the beach, and Mark is an amazing host. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, and phenomenal food, then this is the place for you.

Hatteras Hideaway!

The listing for this property is pretty misleading. It lists a one bedroom and it it’s not a bedroom. The whole apt is one big room so really it’s a bed in the back side of the livingroom. Ocean was a little more then 200 yards which was not a problem but the road leading to it was underwater our whole stay so watch the weather . If it rains or has rained a lot the area floods easily. Also there was a lot of construction debri, an old hot tub and other junk in the area where you park. Unit advertised a washer and dryer. That is also under the house where you park. Rusted and broken and not hooked up! TV remote had dead batteries which lead to several hours of trying to figure out why the tv wouldn’t work!! However , with that being said… The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was close. The owner can’t control the weather! Also owner was very easy to communicate with,and check in was pretty simple .( since the door was left unlocked) since the door was unlocked!)

Perfect Beach House for a Couple

This was our second stay here and we had another wonderful week in Hatteras. The studio apartment is the perfect place for a couple. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The beach is just a short walk away. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the weather but we stayed nice and dry in the apartment despite some really heavy rain. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Hatteras delight!

This cozy studio getaway was just what we needed for a Family of 3 & our golden retriever! The kitchen had all the supplies you needed, the bathroom was huge & spacious & the bed was comfy per my Family. We never pulled out the sleeper sofa, I just slept on the sofa & had no issues. We used the mini grill we brought since I have Celiac- it was just safer for me-but there is a grill on site. We used the washer & dryer-a super nice option to have. The beach at the end of the court was such a treat in the evening- you will get beautiful pictures! The local grocery store has all you will need & they are super friendly with ALOT of good options. Ramp 49 (Billy Mitchell) is a short drive away & it is our favorite every summer to get on at. We stopped in at Hatteras Snowballs & Chilly Hank’s for a sweet treat-highly recommend! Take a day trip to Ocracoke- but get in line early for the ferry- super busy! We met the owner of the property Mark- such a gracious host! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Bahama Vibe

Our cottage was one of two connected together side by side on a raised platform that stood out in a sea of houses that all looked alike. Our stay was cozy and comfortable and perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bath a beautiful work of art. It was pet friendly and the back yard was perfect to walk our dog.

Just what I needed…

What a nice, clean place you offer! It was perfect for the hubby and I. Plus the pup loved it too! The up grades are fantastic as well as very tasteful. Kitchen had more than we needed and the shower was as a joy (especially after a long day at the beach)! See you soon!

A quiet safe getaway down a private road, close to beach short walk. The beach was lovely and a great addition to the week because it felt like a private beach with plenty of room to enjoy!! Wonderful view off the deck of the sound side. Clean and everything you need for a wonderful vacation and throw in a hot tub and it’s spectacular! The host couldn’t be more available for any question you might have! Already booked for next year !

Great Hatteras spot!

Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!

Perfect for 2

The little house was better than expected. Very clean. Full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with ice maker. A/C worked wonderfully. Nice deck to sit on (bring your own chairs). The price for the house was more than fair. Just a short walk to the beach. It is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Mark is a wonderful host and such a nice man. I would recommend staying there and will stay there again.

All in one!

Great place. Larger than pictures show. Mark was very responsive and quickly responded to all my many questions before our trip and when we got there. Very clean and well kept. Bathroom fan could use a cleaning to make it more effective but overall very clean place. Gorgeous modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great view of the sound and short walk to beach which was wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need including some condiments in the fridge and pepper & garlic salt in the cupboard. We didn’t find the remotes to operate the DVD player until the morning we left unfortunately but it worked. Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Hot tub was hot albeit a bit sandy. Wish it had an awning or coverage over it to protect us from wind because we only got to use it once (in cold, blustery March weather). House is a mile from great shopping at the ferry and close to restaurants museums and other shopping. It was our first stay on Hatteras Island and we got there a day after a really bad March storm had come through. There was a lot of flooding, the ferries were shut down, restaurants were closed and some things hadn’t reopened for the season yet. But the beaches were pristine as we had always heard and people were friendly and there were so many things to do on the island we enjoyed it very much. We loved the studio apartment and would definitely stay here again! We loved Hatteras and hope to get back there soon. Thanks Mark!

Cute and cosy studio.

The host, Mark, was very accommodating and gracious. Check in was quick and easy. The unit was clean and tidy. Nice new bathroom. Functional kitchen. All the appliances worked well. Very close walk to the beach with our dog and a close drive to shops for groceries and other essentials. Perfect place to stay for a couple.

Short walk to secluded beach. Quiet or non-existent neighbors(thanksgiving is dead in Hatteras). Hot tub is nice touch. Owners are responsive. Glad we drove down in a truck. The roads can get flooded.

Amazing Place!

This was my first trip to OBX, and I can understand why people are so obsessed with it. It's a beautiful place, and Mark and John's condo was in a great location. It's about a three-minute walk to a gorgeous beach on the Atlantic Ocean; I really enjoyed walking my dogs up there at sunset. It's also a two-minute drive to the small local grocery store. Also, the bathroom was recently remodeled and was really nice. The entire condo was well-appointed. I stayed for two and a half weeks and had a great time. The unit was perfect for my two dogs and me. There was a nice view of the marsh, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything I needed; the only thing I would've added was a cutting board. I hope I get a chance to go back someday! It's a long drive from my home in MA, but it's worth it.

It took us years of saving, work, and dreams. but we finally did it, we now have a piece of the obx. And we want to share the joy.
