Relax at this beautiful, recently renovated waterfront home in Santa Rosa Beach. This getaway is very spacious featuring 4 bedroom, 3 and a half baths with an elevator for luggage. Inside is an oversized fully equipped chef's kitchen, island with seating for 5 all open to the dinning area and living area. The sofa in the living area has an optional pull out couch and laundry room is just off of the kitchen. Grill on the balcony is natural gas, just below the grill is our patio area with outdoor furniture, table and fire pit overlooking the Canal. Don't forget to check out the 3rd floor balcony views which span both for Sunrise and Sunset. The Sunsets in over the bay are some of the best in the world (in our humble opinion).

You can tie your boat or a rental in the Canal. Short boat ride can tour the bay, fish hog town bayou for reds and trout, go to lunch or dinner by water, or even get to the famed Crab Island. Just ask us how. The possibilities seem endless at this vacation getaway!

Fantastic boating location. House was spectacular! The attention to detail was appreciated by this HGTVer. Very clean with thoughtful touches throughout. Easy and prompt communication with host.

Just perfect!

The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our large group. Quiet, relaxing and still close to everything we wanted to do. We will be back.

Beautiful, clean property

We were so impressed by the property, ease, and communication within our stay! We were greeted immediately with the sweetest handwritten note and home baked cookies (in which our children devoured!) This modern, homey property will be on our list of places to return in the future. We brought our boat (owners have a covered boat lift) and we were about 20-25 min from crab island so the location was perfect! We recommend this place for your next Destin trip!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at SSSR. We brought our 23’ pontoon boat and it was a nice 30-40 min ride to Crab Island. Easy to dock the boat and huge bonus to be able to park our trailer (and 3 cars) on the driveway. Neighborhood was very peaceful and convenient to grocery stores, the Grand Boulevard and the outlets. The house was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need - air fryer, crock pot, lots of cookware, silverware, plates and glasses, good selection of spices, a separate coffee/wine bar with sink and ice maker and more! Beds were comfortable and the elevator was convenient for getting our luggage and groceries up the steps. Communication with the host was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back! Don’t hesitate to book this house, especially if you have a boat.

Great Customer Service + Great Home = A Great Stay

There are 3 things that are extremely important to me when I am traveling and have to stay in a vacation rental - the customer service (before, during, and after), the cleanliness of the home, and the “newness” of the home (I love a nice modern vacation rental:-)). Before booking the home, I had a couple of questions and the owner responded immediately with answers. She was super helpful as there were a few other times I had questions and she answered each one. Her friendly, helpful, and professional tone through messaging are the number one reasons I booked this property (and that continued during our stay and even after we departed). Once we arrived and saw the house, that was the icing on the cake! It was beautiful (just like the pictures), there were fresh baked cookies and a nice thank you note from the owner…the house was VERY clean and VERY modern! Everyone in our group had only positive things to say about it. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the patio on the back was lovely and a nice touch as well. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I will end by saying this - if you are hesitating about booking this property, don’t. You will not be disappointed. It’s a very beautiful home and we will be booking again in September!!
