The space
The house is three bedrooms and three baths, and will sleep 8 in beds comfortably. The main floor has a beautiful stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, dining room, kitchen, full bath and two large bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a twin with a twin trundle.

The 2nd floor is the master suite, with a king size bed, desk, large en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a lovely walk in shower. The lower level is newly renovated, with a beautifully furnished living room, full bath, laundry, and TV. For the ultimate in convenience, the lower level has a huge mud room, the perfect place to kick off your shoes and store your gear.

Outside is a large deck with Weber three-burner gas grill, a teak table that seats eight, and four Adirondack chairs. The house has a large front lawn that is beautifully landscaped and maintained; the backyard is small but private, with room enough for kids to play and for a game of cornhole. The driveway is large with plenty of parking.

Kitchen is fully stocked - lots of silverware, two coffee makers, waffle maker, panini press, and popcorn machine.

Big Spruce Lodge is across the street from the semi-private beach (reserved for Beech Hill residents only). Sandy, shallow beach (no weeds!), with a dock to launch the canoe, SUP, or kayak that comes with the house (all of which are conveniently stored at the waterfront - no need to carry them). The beach faces the quiet, northeast end of the lake - a great place for summer reading, or to take in a sunrise or sunset. House is equipped with an electric vehicle charger for your use at no extra charge.
