Nice alternative to hotel

The space was beautifully decorated and definitely was a perfect fit for our long weekend trip. Christelle's communication was top tier and I feel we had everything we needed.

Cute stay

The neighborhood was a bit rough to what I was expecting. It didn’t feel safe to walk around the area and not much to see or do locally. It was quiet at night and we didn’t have any break ins during our stay. Drive way is super steep. It took a few tries to not bottom out on the pavement. I drive a car so it sits decently low to ground.

Fantastic Host & Amazing Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in a peaceful neighborhood made our visit so wonderful. The host was very quick to respond and even gave us a great recommendation for food. 10/10 Would absolutely stay here again!

Philadelphia Get Away

This place was amazing. The pictures do not do the space justice! The design and layout was great with a king bed and great up to date modeling and features. The one improvement would be something with the floors - the sealant or pieces of the floor will peel off and stick to your feet as you walk on them constantly. Overall we loved our stay very very much and would highly recommend.

Restful/Relaxing

All that I expected..

This is my first experience using Vrbo, I heard great things compared to other companies. I was very pleased with my choice in a accommodations. The apt was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a VERY convenient location to everything and everyone I needed see/go. I was not disappointed and I will def book my next stay with Christelle again.

100% safe place to stay in Philadelphia

My wife & I had a wonderful Birthday weekend in Philly for the Chinese Lantern Festival. Christelle's apartment was so comfy & cozy. She had everything one would need for a relaxing & quiet get-away. You even get a parking space. Without any doubt...I would recommend her listing. YAY Christelle for helping us enjoy a memorable weekend!

I didn’t even spend the night and she came and kicked me and my friends out claiming we threw a party when it was only a few of us and they were going to leave! she came at 11:50 pm and kicked us out and is now demanding 350$ which is isn’t fake she didn’t give me a chance to clean or even explain myself. very rude.

Do not stay here

Avoid this scam property. The ad is intentionally misleading. Your bedroom wall is made of thin drywall and the door separating you and the communal washer/dryer hallway is a thin, hollow, wood door with no deadlock. The host insisted on using the complimentary washer and dryer within the first hour of check in. The backyard had grass that wasn't cut and and trash along the property. This is in NO WAY an oasis or private, and is in every way trying to scam tourists from out of town. This is, at best, a sectioned off part of a multi-level townhome where the ceilings are too low for a tall person. I also ripped my leggings on a sharp long screw coming out of the fence gate. When we attempted to get a refund from the host, she denied our request despite us only being in the rental for 1 hour.

Not what you would think

Very cute! Extremely small! Be prepared to clean. it was too grassy for me after I specifically asked for the grass to be cut. Bring your sheets!!!! Sheets and chide lounge has stains! Bring an iron one is not available. washer use is frowned upon, with a sigh included. This was also not to bother other guests that bothered the heck out of me my entire stay. Please bring your sheet!!!!!! Windex will also be needed. The location is 7-10 mins. away from the airport. Not close to anything else! Nothing! I was offered a refund and just asked for my cleaning fee to be refunded. Lol, the owner replied that's not the way it works. So, you'll give me a full refund disrupt my trip, and have me search for another place but wouldn't be able to waive a cleaning fee…make sense. Cleaning is for after you leave”. That means it's clean when the next person comes🤔. It wasn't clean! My granddaughter cleans better than whoever calls themselves cleaning. Footprints covered by the welcome may lead into the kitchen. I took a video of the place. Then the last day owner aggressively knocked on the door when I was overcharged, which I agreed to, for early check-in and late check-out due to our itinerary. Never again
