"Stained Bedding and Spiders"

The initial check in was ok, but when we entered the home, we encountered several things that were upsetting and unacceptable. There were spiders on one of the beds, There was hair on the sheets and blood-stains on the comforters & 2 of the mattresses (of which my husband and I had to flip the mattress over in order to get some sleep). After reaching out to the host as well as the owner of the property sending him pictures & making him aware of the situation, there was no reply as to how he could make our stay better. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a rental on VRBO. I'd like to be refunded!!!

Excellent Condo in the heart of LA

Our stay at this condo was perfect. The entire home is welcoming and large enough for a big group to stay. The beds were very comfortable, and clean . Each room was a master bedroom which made it easy for several couples to have privacy. The restrooms were very clean . My guest and myself all felt we stayed at a five star hotel .

Great Apartment

The apartment was as described in the booking. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for a family of 6. Although there was a parking space for this rental, it was not conveyed that it was in the back of the unit which was frustrating. The picture of the spot to park in was not correct according to the other permanent tenants. We did have parking, but had to move a couple of spaces due to the other residents. This needs to be clarified for future bookings. Even with this, it was a great rental and we would book here again.
