The private house is in the coveted Eastside area of Costa Mesa.
Our VACATION RENTAL is close to Disneyland and 2 miles to the beach. A 1/2 mile walk to the walking trails of Newport Back Bay. We are 1.5 miles from John Wayne airport.
An ideal base to explore the Orange County area. It has everything you need for your trip. It is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you have the convenience of a private fenced yard, with a patio and BBQ.

Valerie and Jim were very welcoming as well as Floyd(their dog). It was a very comfortable and well stocked house. We really enjoyed the backyard space to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The location worked out perfectly for us as it’s very close to our family and great walking distance to Back Bay. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!

Nothing Short of Amazing!

Thank you to our special hosts who didn't bat an eye when we had a simple question that could have been answered if we had taken a closer look at the guest book instructions. We shot them a message and within minutes they gave us a call! Super responsive, wi-fi worked great, the house was tidy and clean, and the "zen" experience in the backyard porch made for such a great game night.

As good as it gets

We have stayed in countless vaca rentals over the years. Valerie was by far the best hostess we have dealt with. Very responsive and so very friendly! The place is a full separate house and even has its own yard, includigd a covered bbq area with all the amenities. It was as quiet and private as we have had. A few short minutes to the ocean with phenomenal views and walks. I could go on... but its ck out time, so... Thank you so much!!!!

Warm, welcoming house

We stayed here with another couple while in town for a family event and really enjoyed it. The house was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard garden was a great spot for relaxed dinners and conversation.The location is quiet and convenient, and the hosts were friendly while respecting our privacy. A comfortable and easy place to stay—would definitely recommend.

Home away from home

The perfect location

My family was visiting Costa Mesa to visit our first grandchild. My son and his wife live in Costa Mesa and we found this VRBO blocks from his apartment. Everything we needed was within walking distance and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for us to enjoy.

Excellent stay!

We were having our home fumigated and stayed here while we had to be out. Such a comfortable “home away from home”! This home had everything we needed and more. Valerie was an amazing host and very accommodating of our crazy schedule getting out & back in to our home.

Comfortable, Clean, Nice Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed eating meals on their furnished semi-private outdoor patio area as well. There is ample street parking, and the rental provides off-street parking for one car. The only hindrance that a visitor should be aware of is the proximity to John Wayne Airport, which is a source of noise (jets on take-off) occurring most mornings and evenings.

Valerie is AMAZING!

Valerie went above and beyond for our stay in Costa Mesa! We landed prior to check in and needed to get ready for a rehearsal dinner.
