Very cozy home with a really nice patio area. The owners were very friendly and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. A very nice stay.

This property is exactly as shown. Very clean and for us it was close to all the things needed. The outdoor area was great. We used the grill and all worked as it should.Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

This is a fabulous rental. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Very private. Owners were friendly and very helpful. The backyard space is great for eating or reading ouside with comfy furniture and shade. The location is great, between Newport Back Bay and the OC Fairgrounds. You are within the flight path of the airport, so hear planes outside, but the house is well insulated and quiet. We ate outside with friends and were minimally impacted. A really wonderful place to spend time in the Costa Mesa area.

Very clean and comfortable. Our dogs were happy with the yard which we enjoyed as well. We especially liked how quiet and private the place was. The host responded quickly with any communication we had. We plan to come back!

Valerie and Jim were very welcoming as well as Floyd(their dog). It was a very comfortable and well stocked house. We really enjoyed the backyard space to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The location worked out perfectly for us as it’s very close to our family and great walking distance to Back Bay. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!

This place is as lovely and spacious as it looks online, maybe more so. Highly recommend. I sincerely appreciated the multiple seating areas and the dog friendly outdoor space.
