The townhouse was clean and tidy. It was useful to have basic staples (salt, sugar) in the kitchen, and we liked the common areas on first and second floors.

The condo was well appointed. A good value for the size. The patio could use some attention, as far as sweeping and cleaning. The stair rail needed to be wiped down as something sticky was all over it.

Nice place but not well maintained

Overall, the place was nice and well decorated. Toilets were clean, but floors (especially carpet), some beds and showers weren’t very clean. The place could use some curtains to make bedrooms darker and also some repairs and fresh paint. It’s a nice place with lots of potential, and management is nice, but I expected more with cleanliness for the price point.

Family Disney atrip

The property was as advertised. Three separate floors were nice for privacy and relaxing after long days in Disneyland. The owners were attentive and quick to respond.

Nice place. Kitchen is very small but we were not using it for cooking so we didn’t have a problem but if we were, only one person would fit. Communication was great

Nice place!

clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood close to Disney (not walking distance) . Lots of stairs! Watch out for the steps into the garage!

Great Condo within walking distance of disney

Great condo!! We loved the layout and all of the space! Easy walk to Disney.. and seeing the fireworks from the window was a big plus! Fantastic place! Would definitely stay here again!

Cali vacation

Location was excellent. It is not in walking distance to Disneyland but only about a 4 min drive. There is also a grocery and CVS very close. Not sure if I missed it in the description, but was unaware It was three stories. The third level was quite warm. It never really cooled through our stay. But overall was a very nice place.

Good stay near Disneyland

It is a great location near Disneyland with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We really liked Urban Punjab restaurant. The house was as advertised - the sound proofing in the house was not great. But, other than that we did not have any complaints. We got prompt responses to all our queries.

Lots of space for family

Disney trip for 9. Plenty of space. A bit of a walk from the parks but we did it multiple times over 3 days Ave we're fine. 3 stories of space as well a room for two vehicles in the garage. The 2 full bathrooms and the half bath were great with so many people. Gated fir additional security. Host was very responsive and made sure check in process was a snap. Beds a little creaky but that's about it. Everything else was great.

Disappointed in stay

do not believe what they say about this property being close to disneyland - it is not walkable. the drive is at least 10 minutes plus paying for parking at disneyland and taking the tram to disneyland on top of it all. they also did not have a crib or playpen so if you do have a little one - be sure to travel with one. the bunk beds are not safe for a toddler or infant. house was beyond hot - i was up with my baby every night because he was dying of heat. the thermostat does not work properly. cleanliness is also an issue - nothing was clean - there was mucus on the wall, spiderwebs everywhere. also, there were not enough towels - this says it can sleep 8 people but they give you 8 towels. one for each. overall not impressed. will not be booking another vrbo after this experience. host was very responsive and did check in on us but the property was just not great.

Needs a thorough cleaning

The property is actually a 3-story condo, which is not stated anywhere in the description. The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor, their are two bedrooms and a loft are on the second floor and the master is on the 3rd floor. The place has one AC unit so the third story is HOT! And the master closet is locked off (which was stated) but there is no dresser or anything else provided to put your clothing. When we arrived, the patio had a bunch of trash that we cleaned up. The trash cans were outside of the garage upon arriving and were overflowing......literally. By day 2, there were maggots covering the ground in front of the condo and making their way into the garage. We used the bug spray we found and we borrowed the neighbors hose to clean off the front are so we didn't have to walk through them. Overall, the place could definitely use some TLC. The cleaners are doing the bare minimum to move people through the house and it's really showing. The walk is about 20-30 minutes to the parks, depending on how qui8ckly you walk. I understand the place is used for Disney guests and they get a lot of people staying, but cleanliness and attention to detail should be better.

Very Convenient

The bedrooms were a little warmer than expected, but being from Arizona, we keep the A/C blasting. Otherwise it was a comfy stay, and very quick trips to and from Disney. Thank you ☺️

Great, but I left my daughter left an item

It was a great experience, however my daughter left her AirPods. I told the property manager the AirPods were pinging at the property’s exact address. He told me the cleaning crew left at the exact time I sent him the message and they didn’t see them. I checked out on June 15th, it is July 3, the AirPods are still pinging to the property location. They moved around in the first two days, now they only ping at the property address.

Great home

My family and I loved this nice and cozy house we stayed. The property manager was great too. Very quick to respond any questions or need anything. Overall it was great . Close to Disneyland and few other locations. We enjoyed our stay. When we have another family vacation, will be renting this house again.

Prefect location for large family Disneyland trip

The overall experience was good. The communication with the property management was great. The size and location was prefect for our family trip to the Disneyland Parks. The only downside was the upstairs couch needed a good deep clean. But other than that everything was great.

Meh

This property had the space we were looking for and the availability when we needed it, but that's about it. If I had realized that this was a three story house we probably would have stayed elsewhere. After spending a day at Disney the last thing you want to do is walk up three flights of stairs multiple times. The house was dirty (hair and dust all over the floor) and the back patio was full of weeds. The dishwasher is covered with rust inside and I was not confident that it would clean dishes so they were done by hand. If I had to do it again, I would book a different property.

Great location but not clean

This property is within walking distance to Disney and felt safe with gated entrance. Unfortunately, the house itself was not clean. New floors and new carpet are obviously there to try to cover up the dog smell. The unit had a very strong dog odor with animal hair all over the couches. Pillows and couches are stained. The pillows on the king size bed in the secondary room were almost flat and stained. And unfortunately the air conditioner does not flow into any of the bedrooms so the unit is very hot and very humid at night. Great sleeping options in terms of beds and great location but we would not stay here or recommend it to anyone.
