With a Private Pool, Gated Beach Access, and plenty of parking, it's a perfect choice for your family vacation in Santa Monica Beach. Located just West of Panama City Beach, Santa Monica Beach is close enough to all the activity but without the noise and crowds.
The sprawling home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, 2 Kitchens, a screened porch overlooking the Private Pool, and 2nd floor Terrace overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $200 per pet applies.
FAMILIES ONLY! Must be 25 or older to rent. No Student Groups. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this property. Any deception will result in loss of rent and eviction.
NO SMOKING! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.
Rental agreement will be emailed after reservation and must be filled out in a timely manner or may result in cancellation.
