Welcome to this newly updated, dreamy Regency Towers condo on the 6th floor. It's the perfect retreat for you, your family, and friends to unwind and relax. The spacious living area and full kitchen provide ample space to enjoy quality time together. And with great restaurants, local attractions, and St. Andrews State Park nearby, you won't have to venture far for entertainment.
Indulge in the condo's enchanting ambiance, starting from the moment you step inside. The living room, bathed in natural light from the double patio doors, exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony, where you can witness the breathtaking sunrise / sunsets. The community includes two large pools, one of which is heated, along with a Tiki Bar, gym, and kiddy pool, offering plenty of opportunities to unwind and relax.
Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, this unit features a queen sofa bed, two king beds, and two queen beds. The Master Bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with its cozy king bed and balcony overlooking the gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views and create your own personal oasis.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, and the dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. If cooking isn't on your agenda, you can conveniently dine at Bikini Bob's on-site restaurant, offering delicious food and refreshing drinks at reasonable prices. Forgot something? Dollar General is just a short walk across the street. And for those who enjoy a barbecue, charcoal grills are available nearby on the resort grounds.
