Vår lyxiga lägenhet med tre sovrum är vackert inredda och har ett vardagsrum stort nog för hela familjen. Utrustad med ett hemunderhållningscenter (TV, videobandspelare, DVD,) och stereo-CD-spelare är det lätt att koppla av efter en rolig dag på stranden. Med ett välutrustat kök, gott om rum i matsalen och extra sittplatser i frukostbaren, blir middagen avslappnande och underhållande. Vår balkong med vacker utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen har skjutbara glasdörrar från sovrummet och vardagsrummet.

Enheten kan sova upp till 9 gäster bekvämt med en king size-säng i befälhavaren, två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet, en queen size-säng i det tredje sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Med två badrum finns det gott om utrymme för hela familjen. Du hittar också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i vanlig storlek i enheten för din användning.

Family Vacation

We had 5 different family all stay at RT. Our unit was amazing and fit my family just right. The owner was great. Had some questions and she was always available and promptly responded. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great short vacation

Owner responded to questions and concerns very quickly. Elevator in our section was out for half our stay, which created long wait times at the next closest elevator (this was on the actual resort-not the owner). Found leftover trash under one of the beds, notified the cleaning people. This unit has absolute beautiful sunset views! The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use them, but games and beach toys were available. We were required to check in at the resort in order to get parking passes and the resort charges a $25 registration fee that the owner seemed unaware of this required policy. Loved the heated pool, kiddie pool and variety at the pool bar with reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! I recommend it!

Fun trip

Overall we were very happy with this property. A couple of things that could have made it better…a tv in all bedrooms (queen bedroom did not have one). Ease of access to the other tvs. Roku remotes only worked in the living room. We actually went and purchased one that we connected to one of the tvs in the bedrooms. Also, nothing that the owner can help but the elevators are extremely small and slow.

Beyond my expectations!

This property is fantastic! Spacious, tastefully decorated, best kitchen ever, clean, full size washer/dryer. Balcony is a side view but still nice! Our family of 8 (4 adults-2 teenagers and 2 under 9) had plenty of room. The only inconvenience we found was the requirement to wash the sheets. With 5 sets of sheets, it took 3 loads to wash them which meant I had to start at 6:00 AM and although we were otherwise ready to check out before 8:00, we had to stay another hour because of the laundry requirements. This won’t prevent me from returning but a note for the owner’s consideration. I’ve traveled to 47 states and Europe and have never once encountered this requirement. Our experience was fantastic and we would without reservation rebook this unit!

The elevators were always out of order which sucked being on the 11th floor and having to carry everything down. Or walk all over the place and stand in line for over half hour for a different elevator.

Family Vacation

Condo was roomy and comfortable for all my family members. Surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. Balcony view exceptional for sunsets but sun shines in both master bedroom and living room and heats up if curtains open. Difficult opening the sliding doors due to corrosion. Older resort and had long waits for the elevators. We used a beach wagon and made one trip to and from the beach. Food at Bikini Bob's was tasty and reasonable in price. Good place to stay for my husband and I because we aren't interested in the beach bars and tourist scene, however, nothing is in walking distance so my young adults had to drive for entertainment and activities.

Loved our stay in Panama City ! This condo has everything you need and is just steps away from the ocean. Beautiful views of sunset from balcony. Owner responds quickly to any questions. It has 2 very large pools and one is heated.

Nice room, great view, awesome pool!

The room is very nice with great finishes and decorations. One of our biggest reasons for the being our second trip to this condominium is because of 1 of the 2 large pools being perfectly heated all day long. Other condos we’ve been to in PCB have freezing cold pools that we can’t even use. If you have young children like us you know they can get tired of the beach and ocean after a while so having a perfectly heated pool to have more fun in makes for a much more enjoyable vacation! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Spring Break

This property was conveniently located. The condo unit is very close to St. Andrews State Park. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing is there was nowhere to put our food. All the cupboards were full of dishes. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful spot on the beach

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. We had a great time being able to use the heated pool and snack bar and being able to walk right out to the beach. We will definitely be back for a stay in the future.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

The accommodations were very good; well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. We entertained family members who live in the area on numerous occasions, so we were well equipped for that. The property is a little older… maintenance needs to be done on the sliding glass doors which required a fair amount of strength to open and close. The Regency complex staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and rec areas were clean and well maintained. All in all we would recommend this unit and the Regency Towers to future vacationers.
