This is my family 2nd time staying in this condo at Regency Towers and we love it and will stay again. It has all the major necessary amenities, great view, comfortably sleeps 10! Working with the owners through VrBO is great, quick response, information timely provided just top notch customer service

Fabulous getaway

Love this place. Everything was as listed. Beautiful view and comfortable stay. Great communication and answered any questions quickly. We had a blast and would stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy the beach. Really enjoyed the location and layout. Only thing would change is a new bed in the room with both beds as it was uncomfortable. But overall a great stay would highly recommend.

Great location and affordable!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is 10-15 minutes away from all the crowded areas. The resort is a little older, but is very clean and well kept. There were a few minor issues with the room, but when I called the owner she was very kind and had the issues resolved quickly. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely go back!

Family Spring Break 23’

We absolutely loved this condo from the amazing sunset views off the balcony with awesome seating to how much room was in the living/dining area. It had absolutely everything my family of 9 needed! Hosts were fabulous, easy to get ahold of and always answered right away! Definitely a 5 star from us and will definitely rent again our next time down here.

Overall good will give kuddos to photographer who took pics of inside of condo cause they made it look alot bigger than actually was all bedrooms were great but the kitchen/living room extremely small for a family of 6 and the balcony 3 people on balcony and its full but overall nice condo .

Lovely condo for large family

Nicely equipped condo for 3 adults and 5 kids. Owner was super responsive when the TV remotes weren't working (just needed batteries). The pool areas were really nice and we got food from Bikini Bob's a couple of times, the prices were super reasonable and the food was good. One of the elevators broke down a couple of times while we were there, but both times they had it working again quickly. Beach was beautiful with a family vibe. Really, the only negative thing was that the balcony was a bit smaller than at other condos we've stayed at over the years.

Perfect condo!

This is the first year that we have rented directly from an owner so we were a little nervous to begin with. Susan was so incredibly easy to work with and talk to! She put all of our worries to ease. We walked in the condo and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. It had plenty of room for our group of 10. The chairs she has on her balcony to use at the beach were so useful as well. You can tell she puts a lot of pride in her condo and we would certainly book with her in the future.

The only thing that would have made this stay better is, the owner would let you have one of her paintings! I loved each of them Susan!

PCB Vacay Oasis

Great condo with plenty of nice furnishings, tasteful décor and everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Owner was responsive and property was magnificent and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again, no issues - - perfect pools and beach access. Bikini Bobs Bar on site was a plus!

Amazing location and beach access.

The place was wonderful. Beaches are beautiful. Pools are kept clean, and there was a daily onsite event. I would come back to this place 100%.

I'm glad you enjoyed our condo and your trip. I checked to see what was going on with the elevators during the week you were there. I know all of the elevators at high rises get somewhat backed up during summer. Our board of directors told me 2 of the elevators were down periodically that week due to kids jumping up and down on them , forcing the door open, and pushing every button. The situation and outage was addressed with the children's parents. Glad ya'll enjoyed our condo and your trip!

Clean and comfortable.

Loved the property overall. The condo was clean. It had a great view and was right on the beach. It had all the comforts we could want. I did wish it was within walking distance of more attractions/restaurants/shops.

Great location right on the beach!

Amazing views from this condo and so convenient that it is right on the beach. Property also has two pools which was nice for when we weren't at the beach. Susan was a great host -- very responsive. Will stay here again next team we are in Panama City Beach.
