This tri-level condo is located on a quiet culdesac street in the Lantern District in Dana Point. It has a community pool and jacuzzi and clubhouse with ocean views from your loungers! Save money staying in a private home and enjoy the peaceful quaint community of Dana Vista. Walk or short drive to Dana Point Harbor and restaurants. Close to world famous beaches, Doheny Beach, San Clemente and Laguna Beaches. Several great restaurants and shops nearby, and freeway close. A perfect place to call home with all the amenities you need nearby. Monthly rentals only, and available month to month, or longer stays. Newer stove and dishwasher, and new guest bedroom furniture and window coverings in den and 2nd bedroom. Travertine flooring and wood plank in living room with cozy gas fireplace and balcony. Rear patio with fire pit and newer furniture for entertaining. Air conditioning featuring Fujitsu split system is quiet and has individual remotes to cool each room. So wonderful in the hotter months of summer, you will be so comfortable! Summer concerts in the parks, world class shopping and entertainment close by. Walking , Kayaking, paddle boarding, or surfing, all close by, Something for everyone!

From Southern California and raised in Costa Mesa Ca. Moved south to Dana Point and fell in love with the coast and beaches, harbor and boating! Itâs a beautiful area with so many options and close to wonderful dining, shopping, theme parks, and entertainment. With year round mild temperatures, great climate for golf, tennis, and surfing year round. You will fall in love and want to stay!

The location was a big factor, as itâs so close to PCH and beaches, but is on a very quiet culdesac street in the Lantern District. I love that the condo has a community pool with an ocean view and spa. It feels like you are at a resort without all the people!

Well its easy access to beaches and shopping and freeways. Close to many great restaurants and bars, entertainment and schools and hospitals. Ideal for all types, as our condo is very chic and cozy. Complete with all the kitchen items you need and want! Great for entertaining but not too large to take care of easily.
