Quiet and wooded neighborhood NW San Antonio, FORT HAMBLEDON is completely remodeled duplex cottage. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size beds and plenty of closet space for all of your belongings. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with step in tubs and tasteful rustic inspired decor. Fully equipped kitchen, one car garage. MINUTES TO SEAWORLD, MED center and NW military bases.
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
The open-concept living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring SeaWorld or other San Antonio attractions. Sink into the plush sectional sofa (which is also a convertible sleeper) and watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted, flat-screen ROKU TV, or use the free high-speed Wi-Fi to stream movies or catch up on work.
The fully equipped kitchen as everything you need to prepare a lovely meal or simply heat up take out. The fully remodeled kitchen offers new appliances, dishwasher, 4 burner range with ample granite countertops and eat in kitchen and breakbar with bar stools. Dining table seats 4 and the family chef will not miss out on the action with this open concept design.
The living room offers a super comfortable sectional sleeper that is convertible so no cushions to move to bed to unfold for the 5 and 6 guests or little ones. The living room has a large flat screen ROKU TV and plenty of space for the family and friends to gather for movies, games or simple relaxation and laughs.
Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and secured parking inside an oversized one car garage.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are exactly the same in size however one of the baths is an ensuite providing direct access from bedroom to bathroom. Both bathrooms offers a 24 in single vanity with bottom shelf to easily access towels or other bathing essentials. There is a standard step in tub and shower with cutout niche so there is plenty of room for your in shower bathing needs. Both baths have ample ventilation and waterproof wood like flooring.
BEDROOMS
The home has 2 moderate size bedrooms with large windows looking into the small backyard. The rooms both offer queen sized beds, night tables, lamps with USB Charging and 110 outlets integrated into the lamp base. No problem finding extra outlets to charge your devices, you will easily be able to keep your devices charged or easily use them while resting on the comfortable gel mattress. The rooms also offer closets with hangers, an ironing board and other creature comforts like a small dressing table, work station in the primary bedroom.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space is fenced but currently not improved but still a great place to let the kids run or play. There is long driveway and one car garage with a side by side washing machine and dryer. The front yard is large with shade trees.

garage door) and blinds are closed.
