Located in Princeville, just minutes from some of Kauai's best beaches and scenic attractions and a 10 minute walk to Princeville Center's shops, restaurants, grocery store, tiki bar and ice cream. This condo recently changed owners and previously had 250 positive reviews averaging 4.8 stars. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
This chic, light-filled studio on Kauai's North Shore has been fully renovated to provide a luxurious and contemporary retreat for your Hawaiian vacation.
The studio boasts all-new furniture, a queen-sized bed, a fully remodeled kitchenette, a high-top table with chairs, and a lanai/deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The newly updated bathroom adds to the modern, stylish feel of the space.
Location: Located in Princeville, this condo is just minutes from some of Kauai's most stunning beaches and scenic attractions, including Queen's Bath, Turtle Cave, Hideaway Beach (1 mile away), Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse, and Secret Beach (10-15 minute drive). A 10-minute walk takes you to Princeville Center, offering dining, shopping, groceries, coffee, and ice cream.
Amenities: Enjoy access to the communal pool, hot tub, and BBQ area within the condo complex.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Kauai.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet Hours - Quiet hours in the condo complex are from 9pm to 8am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED!
No smoking allowed in the unit or on the lanai.
Parking - There is one parking permit for the condo.
Security camera - There is an outdoor security camera at the front door. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the condo
