Our home is yours when you rent and greatly appreciate you taking care of it like it's your very own. We want you to have a fun stay, but please note the following house rules.

*Smoking outdoors only, not in home. $300-$1,500 in damages plus any day we have to block to get odor out.

*No parties or events, unless previously discussed with owner. Immediate eviction if there is a party or event, $300-$1,500 in damages.

*Minimum booking age: 21 yrs old-City of Indio's rule

*Pet friendly with $50 per pet, per stay fee (maximum 2 allowed) no pets in pool area. Please do not leave pets unattended, you will be responsible for any damage your pet does.

*$250 applied for tampering with the security cameras, and/or immediate eviction. Cameras located in front and side of home only. Cameras for safety and insurance liability purposes. Cameras recorder 24/7. Cameras are not located in private areas.

*There is a Minut inside the kitchen/pool table area, and also one between patio and pool. Does not record, only to monitor noise.

*A/C and heating thermostat cannot be adjusted below 72 degrees Fahrenheit and above 80° Fahrenheit. Home is very well insulated.

POOL/SPA

**Spa heat is included in your stay, but please DO NOT TURN HEAT ON if outdoor temperatures are greater than 90 degrees.

*Pool heating is optional for a fee of $100 a day (86 degrees) Pool arrangements need to be made and paid for in advance. Pool takes 12-24 hours to be fully heated depending on time of year.

*No glassware in or around the pool. Plastic dinnerware is provided for your convenience.

*NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000, which is payable by the registered guest.

*Please do not park in front of our neighbors home. Our home fits 2 cars in garage, 3-4 cars in driveway.

*Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or water balloons, as this can pose challenges for us and our housekeepers. Kindly note that failure to comply may result in a $250 fee for damages. Thank you for your understanding.

With our busy lives and three lively kiddos, we're grateful for our amazing housekeeper who helps keep everything in order.

Although we now call Orange County home, our roots trace back to the South Bay, where our journey began. Our move here was driven by a desire to be closer to our loved ones, highlighting the importance of family in our lives.

When we're not busy with work and family, you can often find us hiking or lounging by the pool. We absolutely love hosting guests and making new friends along the way. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask—we're here to ensure you have the best experience possible.
