The space
The newly renovated house has two covered parking spaces and plenty of on-street parking. There are four bedrooms (one is baby room with a crib) and two full baths. The master bedroom has a California king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a closet and queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin bed and closet space. The fourth bedroom is a baby room with a crib.. there is also a blow up twin mattress for use in any of the room. There is a huge soaker tub in the guest bathroom.

The living room has a large Restoration Hardware leather sofa, gas burning fireplace, and flat screen TV. The dining area has a table for 4 and small breakfast nook with two stools facing the kitchen.

The kitchen has all the required amenities - an in drawer microwave, five burner stove, french door refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, and drip and French press coffee maker.

There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen with new washer and dryer. The backyard features a large patio with outdoor dining table, string lights, fire pit, and hot tub.

You will have access to a crib and baby gear if needed.
