Bara några steg från de vackraste stränderna i världen och fascinerande solnedgångar. Fantastiska stranden hem tvärs över gatan från den vackra smaragdsvatten och socker sanden i västra änden. Vi är bara cirka 200 steg till stranden.

Bottenvåning: stor öppen planlösning, fullt utrustat kök matsal combo med plats för 10. Precis utanför köket, ett drottning sovrum med ett fullt privat badrum som gör det bekvämt för tidiga risers eller äldre. Som en extra bonus ingår det gemensamma området ett halvt bad och full tvätt.

På övervåningen: master svit med king size-säng och privat badrum med en privat inomhus och utomhus sittgrupper. Det finns två ytterligare queen sovrum (ett med två queen sängar) och (ett med en queen size-säng). Båda sovrummen delar 2: a badrum på övervåningen.

Utomhus: Täckt veranda på marken och täckt balkong utanför mästaren på övervåningen. Bakgården är inhägnad med en lagringshylla som kommer att innehålla 4 stolar för stranden, ett paraply, en propangrill, två cyklar, lite fiskeutrustning och några barns vattenleksaker.

We loved this house. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. The set up is very comfortable. The decor is great and not cluttered like some houses we’ve stayed at in the past. The kitchen is well stocked with useful items. Lots of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to use on the beach, so we didn’t have to bring our own. There is a grill, picnic table and shed in the backyard. We will stay here again if it available. Thanks again for being so responsive.

This home is lovely. The decor is beautiful. House is very clean with comfortable chairs and large comfy beds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with kids. The shed in back is filled with chairs, toys, and 4 bikes. We loved having the extra beach wagon to use along with ours. Really great stay with a great host to communicate with. The area was quiet and beach not crowded even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place. Worked perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, convenient. The hosts provided a very well stocked kitchen. And we used the available beach chairs which were a great help.

Fantastic Rental Property

We loved our stay here and highly recommend to families wanting a great get away! The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone wanting to be able to cook meals for the family and return to the beach instead of going out to eat. The walk to the beach is short and easy and not crowded at all. Very, very nice! We loved it!

Perfect Budget Home

Great place for a a large family stay. Me and my family (Fiancé, me, mother, father, brother and his wife and 4 yr old and 2 yr old, and sister and her husband stayed here a week. Great place for a large family to have individual rooms for privacy on a budget. Short walk to the an amazing under crowded public beach access. Away from the condo madness but close enough to get to restaurants and sites with little trouble. Great family friendly area. 10/10 would recommend will most likely book here in the future.

Great house with easy walk to the beach

250 steps to the beach is no lie. What a great location and close to Rosemary Beach for dining and a Publix for groceries without any traffic jams. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note: the master bedroom upstairs is bigger than what appears in the photos. This is the first time I have used VRBO and Donna promptly answered all my questions. i would stay here again. Dining suggestions are Shades Bar and Grill (not your typical bar food), Amici's Pizza and the Canopy Road cafe for breakfast.

Girls Trip!!

Stayed here to celebrate one of our girls! We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and that nobody had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed! Communication with the owners was great as well! Will be booking again in the future!

Great house/location for those wanting to RELAX

Great location in PCB for those looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Beach is clean and not too crowded. House is close to restaurants but not in the middle of the party scene. House is beautiful- very clean and fully stocked making it easy to arrive and settle right in.

Wonderful beach house!

We just returned from a week stay and the house was perfect for our trip. Great location with an easy walk to the beach, even with kids. The house was as listed and very clean! Would stay here again.

New Year Family Vacation

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. The shed has plenty of beach equipment, and bicycles. Short walk to the beach and the house is in a residential area so that made it nice in my opinion.

Perfect trip

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. We rented gold carts and drove to the beach access but walking was easy to do also. We will definitely come back to this house again. Thank you Donna and Rick! The Woodards

Panama City vacation

This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice PCB trip!!!
