Discover this enchanting and intimate retreat, meticulously renovated in September 2023. While it may be petite in size, every inch is crafted for comfort and charm, providing all the essentials for your short or extended stay. Nestled within a cluster of units, the backyard is a shared space, yet you'll find solace in your own private porch seating just outside your door. For added convenience, a laundry room is conveniently located on the premises. Wishing you a delightful day ahead!
◉ Outside patio&grill area and parking in front of the building are common area that might be used by other guests.

◉ Only guests who’s names are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy.

◉ Access is provided via individual code for smart lock device. If you have not received the code, please contact the host.

◉ Parking is available on the driveway. Please, leave room for walkway for the other home guests. Additional free parking is available in front of the home on the streets.

◉ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property.

◉ Smoking allowed at the backyard.

◉ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities, Drugs etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.

◉ The booking guests are responsible for any damaged or unaccounted items whether the damage is caused by themselves or anyone accessing the home during the stay. The host has a right to charge by his own discretion the additional fees to cover repair and (or) replacement of the damaged or missing the items. Please, respect the home and leave in same condition as received.

◉ Pets are welcome with the advanced host's permission and $400 pet deposit.

Great stay in Phoenix

The location was ideal to downtown Phoenix with easy access to the freeway. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The host provided a great environment to relax. I highly recommend this place to stay

We couldn’t enjoy anything because their shared units n it did not tell inform us not only that the lady was already threatening to call the cops for music that she said it was too loud not only she nocked on the door early in the morning asking us to move the car when their was space or els how would have gotten to park the car in the first place then the owner tried to make me pay 125 for throw up that the cleaning fee was cover as well l n missing towels that they were all their in the washer so Definitely not booking here ever again

It Worked Out

Upon arrival the exterior of house looks great. I was a bit surprised when I opened the front door and there was an overwhelming smell of animal pee, I was really upset. BUT… after contacting the host and making them aware they came out the next day to clean the house and the carpets which helped quite a bit. ( The maintenance guy was there the following day and asked if it was better, to which we said yes but still smelled in the closet in the smaller room. He did grab some sort of spray and it helped even more. ) The house shares a backyard with the other 4 units on the property which I didn’t realize until arriving as well as the laundry machine. There was also no bedding in the home for the pullout couch bed, no where to put your cloths other than on the floor in your suitcase (I went and bought hangers for the closet, it had 3). All in all it was just ok… after the first night.

Cute but not what we expected

Overall it worked for our purposes, but I was a bit disappointed. 1- Had I not found a dog sitter last minute it would have been a big problem as the listing does not indicate that it is a multi-unit rental. I purposely choose "single home vrbos" because my dog is great with people but cannot be around other dogs. 2- all the towels were damp (not dirty or used but put away damp) 3- no hand soap in the bathroom. Just half a bottle of dish soap at the sink 3- no linens for the fold out couch beds 4- one unit is under construction and would have been nice to have a heads up Little things happen when there's a lot of turnover. And I'm sure would have been addressed had I noticed before we returned from our event at mignight. I wasn't going to disturb the owner that late at night. If your looking for shared space I would 💯 recommend. If your specifically looking for a "single fam house" in your search criteria - this is not it.
