Located on our first floor, this 3 bedroom 2 bath beach front unit makes for a perfect beach getaway! With room for 8, you can bring the whole family or enjoy this cozy suite all to yourself. The master bedroom is equipped with balcony access just steps from your spacious king size bed. In the master bathroom, you can enjoy a double vanity and a separate washroom with a walk in shower. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, wall mounted television and spacious closet. With two full beds in the third bedroom, it is the perfect space for the kids' room. The shared hall bathroom has a shower and tub ready to wash away all your stresses.
Wake up, pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the furnished balcony. Listening to the sounds of the waves while admiring our famous white sand beaches is the perfect way to start your day! Cook up some breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal at the 3 person breakfast bar or have a seat at the 6 person dining room table. Check the weather on the large wall mounted screen TV while relaxing on the comfy sofa before changing into your swimsuits and packing up the beach bag! Stop off at our community pool on your way down to the beach or unwind in a poolside recliner while you wait for the outdoor grill to warm up. Enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from your own beach chair or rent a lounger set and umbrella from the beachside rental service. Make sure to wash off your feet at one of our outside showers before catching the elevator back up to your unit. Don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the kitchen before you take an afternoon rest in the welcoming recliner.
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. 2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Parking is $45 per vehicle. 1 pass is included in the total cost. If you have more cars than 2, it is the guests responsibility to make alternate arranges for the extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
