Surf Side Shores # 2801 är ett hörn gulf-front 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på 8: e våningen i byggnad II med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Enheten är ca 820 sq ft med utsikt över bukten från vardagsrummet och gulf-sidan sovrummet. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns 2 fulla bad med antingen en badkar / dusch combo eller fristående dusch. Gulf-sidan master badrummet är åtkomligt via sovrum och hall. Gatsidan sovrummet har ett bifogat badrum med en stand-up dusch. Gatesidanmästaren är inte tillgänglig. Hyror som 2 sovrum.
Surf Side Shores I och II är 9 våningar med 6 enheter per våning som ligger 1 km väster om Highway 59 i Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores har två strandsidor pooler, varav en är en långsiktig pool. Fastigheten har också ett grillområde som tjänar både byggnaderna I och II.

* Avbeställningsregler: Verksamhetsavgiften på $ 89 återbetalas aldrig. Avbokning, ändring av datum f��r vistelse eller egendom inom 30 dagar efter ankomst resulterar i förlust av depositionen. Spring Break with Grand

Overall impression of this property is overseen by realtors not concerned owners. The logistics of clean is sanitary, but the concern of details in working the locked door, the rusted legged furniture on the balcony, the stove eyes that were not connected for use were overlooked since we were people who used our ability to adapt and move on. The condo overall was good for a short stay and we made the best work for us.

Family get away

Perfect Getaway

The condo was great, provided everything we needed. The stove needs to be replaced. The burners were uneven so the pan tried to slide off. Also the living room balcony door wouldn’t latch when you went out on the balcony so we couldn’t use it. Luckily we could use the doors in the master bedroom to go out on the balcony. Everything else was great!

Dirty floors

The location is definitely the best thing about this place. The floors were extremely dirty you had to wear shoes always. The furniture is cheap and rickety. The views from the balcony are stunning, but it is hard to get the doors to stay closed while you were out there without latching them and if you do you are locked out. Overall, it was a great stay. We had fun location makes up for many of the problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view of the gulf. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. There were not enough forks , only three. The three TVs all had bad reception after they warmed up a little bit, they would get wavy lines in the middle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have rented from Gulf Shore Rentals for the last 4 winters. The first year for the month of February and then the next three years for the months of January and February. We have enjoyed all of the units we have been in and for the first 3 years it was smooth as silk. This last winter an issue arose where we had to ask Gulf Shores Rental to help rectify the issue, which they did. Not to go into to many details, but the office (Harley), listened to our concerns and immediately tried to resolve the issue. They were so accommodating and helpful as we navigated through the issue. The true concern of helping and alleviating the problem seemed to be the most important thing for them at the time, even though they have many more condos and concerns to deal with. They made us feel important with their caring attitude and actions. I would recommend Gulf Shores Rentals to any of my friends when looking for a place to vacation. Again, they treat you as a person instead of simply being a number.

great place for families & friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect view & location directly on a quiet beach. Condo fully stocked. Great communication & clear instructions from office. Condo building is much smaller than high rises so is much easier to navigate. One elevator. Aprox 6 condos per floor - all face beach. Convenient location to restaurants but not in the busy, noisy area - from main highway, turn right (west) to this location. We will be returning in a few months.

Girls vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo could use some TLC. Baseboard coming off wall in main bathroom. Wall decor was either damaged or very outdated. No idea what was sprayed on ceiling in the living room. Floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. We moped so our socks wouldn’t be ruined. However great location and plenty of room for get together and relaxing.

This condo was substandard.

This condo wasn’t very clean and VERY outdated. Their were several hazards such as outlet covers not attached to the cable wires in the living room and master bedroom. The heavy pottery lamp in the front room was on top of a plastic bookshelf with the cord hanging. This was a very dangerous set up. The refrigerator had rust on the outside and in the freezer. No hot pads in the kitchen. The tv in the master bedroom only had 2 channels so we had to buy a Roku stick to watch tv. The mattress in the middle bedroom was very uncomfortable. This condo accommodates 8 people but the dining table had 4 chairs and a broken bar stool. The balcony only had 3 chairs. The ac return grill was completely covered with dirt and dust. I wouldn’t recommend this condo at all.

Great views and location

We really liked this condo. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location is amazing, super close to everything. Not really close enough to walk, but just a short drive. The layout was great. Just like the pictures show, it is not updated but that’s ok. We don’t need fancy decorations. The balconies were great and super functional. Close to the elevator so easy to get things down to the beach or the car. Everything was pretty clean and orderly. There were some issues. The beds are hard and the bedding is extremely low quality, like think roadside motel bad. The oven doesn’t function very well. It burned the bottom of everything we tried to cook, almost like it got too hot. The toaster didn’t work. And there is a broken door handle on the master bedroom door. I’m also not sure the sheets were cleaned in the master bedroom prior to our arrival. They had sand in them before we used the bed at all. Other than a few issues, we were happy with this condo! Mobile check out was amazing also, keep that going!

Girls weekend away

Floors needed to be cleaned and shower curtains were gummy. We still had a wonderful time!!! Needed the good lounge on the beach, some of our group didn’t fit in the smaller ones.

Great time

We enjoyed the view from the balcony but the chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. The chairs in the living area also need new cushions and very uncomfortable. Overall this is a great condo but a brighter paint color and updated furniture would make a big difference.

Great location

Property is somewhat dated, but clean. Although the TV was a smart TV, it could not get NetFlix, or Hulu or any other apps. They were supposed to replace it while we were there but did not. The pots and pans were not very good, so if you plan on cooking your meals, this kitchen is not equipped for it. There were very few bowls for mixing food either. Great corner unit, small complex and good location on the beach.
