Review - Paradise Bay

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When I arrived, the house was dirty. There were bugs on the floor that I swept up, cob webs, and trash in the kitchen trash can. I was charged for the cleaning service and paid extra for linens. Linens were wrapped in plastic, thrown in a trash bag, and found on the floor. The cleaning service I paid for didn't bother to make the beds using the linens I paid for but I was expected to make my own bed, remove the linens and place them in the laundry. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The microwave was dirty. The "putting greens" included 3 mounds that the kids tripped on constantly. The holes had weeds in them. The yard needed mowed and weedeated for visitors to be staying there. We had to add sand to the shuffle board. Oh, and the advertised "beach views" do not exist. It just was not a pleasant stay for us.
