Welcome to Paradise Bay! With four bedrooms and two baths, this house offers both bay and sunset views, as well as privacy - it is the last house on the street. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the furnished deck, and you won't want to leave!

The great room is charmingly furnished, with an open kitchen and dining area, stocked with all you need to prepare and serve meals. The dining table seats 6 easily, and doubles as game table for those family board games, cards, or dominoes. Enjoy the smart TV, and the high speed internet for your convenience.

This home easily sleeps 14. Bedrooms one and two feature a queen bed in each. Bedrooms three and four both feature a queen and a twin bed. The two full size futons in the living room can also be utilized for additional sleep space.

"Wow!" is what you will say when you see the ground level amenities! There is a putting green, shuffle board, and fully fenced yard. Enjoy the charcoal grill for family barbecues as well!

No pets are allowed. All of Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Review - Paradise Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived, the house was dirty. There were bugs on the floor that I swept up, cob webs, and trash in the kitchen trash can. I was charged for the cleaning service and paid extra for linens. Linens were wrapped in plastic, thrown in a trash bag, and found on the floor. The cleaning service I paid for didn't bother to make the beds using the linens I paid for but I was expected to make my own bed, remove the linens and place them in the laundry. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The microwave was dirty. The "putting greens" included 3 mounds that the kids tripped on constantly. The holes had weeds in them. The yard needed mowed and weedeated for visitors to be staying there. We had to add sand to the shuffle board. Oh, and the advertised "beach views" do not exist. It just was not a pleasant stay for us.

ADORABLE Fun house!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely adorable. It is super cute how it has shuffleboard, putt putt and cornhole in the yard. The thing I do not understand is how Swedes' vacation rental process is so old-school. It is 2023! It's so easy to be service-centric now-a-days, but they have a system that is antique-- no electronic locks, pick up and drop off the keys, call them for the code for the box to get the keys, no linens or towels, and no paper goods. I dont get how they compete!
