This property was very clean when we arrived, and the check in process was very easy. The owner was very easy to contact and they replied right away with any question I had. There were a couple of broken items at this place but the owner had it fixed once I contacted them. Overall this stay was really good and my family enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer. I would highly recommend this place again the price was good and I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was very clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and simple, and all the house rules and expectations were clearly communicated and easy to understand. There was something for everyone to enjoy, including a game room, big-screen TV, and pool. The kids especially had a wonderful time, and the adults did too!The villa had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Love it, love it, love it! Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay, and we would definitely recommend this villa to families and large groups.

Property was perfect for our group. It was clean and comfy. Trash pick up was the only problem. I think they avoided the residence because it is not on the parking lot.

The house was amazing. Very clean and laid out very well. We had a few random issues pop up (that were no fault of the host) and our host responded quickly and was very kind and helpful. Would and do recommend. Will look at booking with again when we return for a trip!

Good, not great

We were a group of 8 men on a golf trip. The pool table was one of the reasons we chose this house, but it was undersized and out of level. The house was clean but a little "tired". The owner / manager was very responsive to questions.

Hi, David! Thank you for leaving us a review! I don't think the pool table is undersized. It is a pool table a vacation home will use. It was adjusted and is at the same level. Also the house is well maintained, though it is not brand new.

Great Location-Back Gate to Target

Sometimes when staying in gated communities there is trouble with the gate codes. This particular gated community had 2 entry/exit points that were easy to access and the codes always worked. The owner replied quickly to all questions and the house was beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay here, especially the close proximity to Target and Sams Club. One night we ordered something on Amazon and it was on the doorstep the next morning.

Great Home in a Great Location

We had a great time with our large party, including many children! They loved the private pool! We found the house was adequately clean and the check out process was more than reasonable. The house was stocked very lightly and even lacked some essentials such as towels and soaps, but I'm giving them a 5 star review because of the extremely fast and professional communication by the manager. They seemed to be working all hours and would reply within minutes!!! What few items were missing, they got for us quickly! I would certainly recommend this place.

Perfect house for any event

The house was perfect! The bedrooms were all large and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The game room was awesome for adult's ( we didnt have any kids with us ) but the set up is awesome for kids with the gamer station. There was plenty of space in common area for everyone to hang out. Tvs in all bedrooms . The pool and hot tub was great. Shops and eateries are right there as well for convenience. I highly recommend this place AND I've used a ton of rentals for work events and this location is one we will use again. They had the easiest check out process ever! Thanks for having us and we will see you again soon! Misty

Gate code only worked once. Had difficulty getting into the gated community from both entrance. The pillows were very uncomfortable and not supportive

Thank you for leaving a review! Both gates are working. Maybe the gate scanner device was under repair in March. We will double check the pillows.

Spacious home, nice neighborhood & conveniently located. However, the home had a unpleasant odor. No wash cloths or paper towels were avaliable, as stated in the home details. In addition, there were stains on the wall, holes/scratches in the wall, bent blinds, dirty & dusty base boards, repairs are long overdue. The kitchen sink drained slow & running water made the unpleasant odor stronger. Lastly, the check-out process required towels & dishes be washed & trash collected & placed in bags. Things that the cleaning fee should cover. Overall, it was hard to relax & fully enjoy ourselves due to the condition of the home.

Thank you for leaving me a review, but the house was not like what you described: No unpleasant odor was noticed during the pre-check-in inspection. Our house keeper provided the initial use of kitchen paper towel. We also provided extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry detergent pods. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each checkout. Baseboards and blinds are cleaned regularly. For the checkout, guests are expected to pack all trash. Guests can leave towels in the washing machine and dishes in the dishwasher, and let the machines running before they leave if they have time.

Nice place, close to ESPN and Disney for Nationals

Overall, this place was nice and accommodated our big group of families traveling for dance Nationals. The downstairs was very well kept. Nice spacious kitchen and eating space, rooms and bathrooms. The game room was a fun addition as well. The upstairs was a little bit more "used" as the room my daughter and I were staying in had two beds. Both beds had broken frames. My daughter's bed had a piece that was loose and broke off and my bed sloped down as something must have been broken. Neither of us are bigger people but I feel like these beds could break at any time. The dyer also needed some repair as we were washing towels per instructions and it seemed to be having some issues. The gated community had issues with opening the gates and check in was a mess as nothing was working properly but they ended up just keeping the gates open so access to the property was easier after a couple of days. The only other complaint, which wasn't the fault of this particular property whatsoever, was the tenants in the house next to us. It was a bunch of party goers smoking weed every night for hours at a time. We were there with young kids and teenagers and it was difficult to enjoy the pool area at night since the smell was so strong.
