Ascend trapporna om Artist Studio-Loft eller ta hissen till tredje våningen breezeway att komma fram till din privata arbets loft studio dörren. När du anger gå ned i korridoren på trägolv till kök och öppet vardagsrum utrymme med 30 meters takhöjd. Naturligt ljus fyller vardagsrummet, som har en öppen spis mantel och 20 fot dörrar som öppnas på en balkong med en utanför matbord och stolar. Utanför balkongen är ett bra ställe att äta på de perfekta kvällar. Infällda belysning belysa granit i köket som har GE kylskåp, gasspis, huva och diskmaskin ger de nödvändiga verktygen för den mest kräsne kock. Från tredje våningen kan du få åtkomst till rymliga sovrummet ansluten till en vacker badrum funktionen ett fartyg sjunker på en Crema Europa platta bänkskiva. Utanför sovrummet är en uppsättning staplade tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett kontorsutrymme med skrivbord. Idealisk plats för en person eller ett par som åtnjuter bekvämligheter av matlagning, men också gillar det bekväma av har en restauranger bara ner på samma gata.

En sällsynt öppning för en Live / Work Loft har kommit upp i Tamalpais Commons, Mill Valley mest populära och nya, "Build-it-gröna" utveckling i hjärtat av Mill Valley. Med en 2 berättelse loft med egen balkong, denna 1bedroom / 1. 5 bad Live / Work Loft med egen ingång. Från "Arbetsutrymme", öppnar dörren till "Vardagsrum" där du kommer att upptäcka en gourmet kök och öppet vardagsrum / matrum, som vetter mot en egen balkong. De två våningar synliga och anpassade trä inramade fönster ger ljus och luft till din loft utrymme. Loftet är inte lämpligt för barn, inga husdjur!

Kök: Känn dig som hemma i gourmet kök, som ståtar med granit, koppar backsplash, kylskåp, gasspis och diskmaskin.

Master Bedroom Suite: Ascend mysiga Berber mattor trappor till sovrummet, som har en öppen loft med utsikt över vardagsrummet. Befälhavaren bad har en kärl sjunka på en marmor bänkskiva och rymlig stall dusch med Kohler Purist regnhuvud (lågflöde) duschhuvud och kranar. En staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare från mastersbadhallen ger enkel åtkomst till tvätt. Obs: Du bor på ett loft så att du har 16 steg (upp och ner) till bottenvåningen till sovrummet.

Utomhus Terrass: Öppna stora glasdörrar för att komma åt den privata utomhus terrance med utsikt över de omgivande bergssluttningar. Väggen av glas ser till att du får massor av ljus och solsken.

Ägaren har ett kontor med egen ingång och en dörr utanför köket som kommer att vara låst på båda sidor för integritet.

Jag krävde minst ett tre dagar minimum med extra kostnad för dubbelt beläggning.

Great location, spotless accommodations

Perfect place to stay in the Millvalley region. Everything is close within walking distance, the apartment clean and had everything you would need for cooking meals the house made you feel as if you were home.

Great Spot

Excellent stay a this VRBO location. Right downtown Mill Valley, can walk anywhere. Parking is easy and was very clean. Bed VERY comfortable, may buy one.

Mill Valley getaway

Located close to Point Reyes and wine country, was great location to get out during the day, and for us wanting to eat in to avoid Covid, close to good restaurants for takeout and supermarkets. Frederic was very responsive and friendly.

Sausalito Visit with Son

The photos accurately depict this spacious home. The owner keeps it quite clean and well decorated. Although it is described as a loft, it feels like a one bedroom with nice living space and an additional half bath and fabulous kitchen. We hope to return.

Great time at the modern loft

We had a wonderful stay in this modern loft with super tall ceiling in the living room - this is such a cool feature. We truly appreciated all contemporary decor and convenience of all the furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to everything. The communication with Frederic was super easy.

Comfortable, interesting space in good location

Enjoyed the use of this loft. Unique in its floor plan and it’s decor, it felt good being in the space. Well supplied, comfortable and delightful. Fred was helpful with suggestions/recommendations for local restaurants, and a supermarket is a pleasant walk away. The location seemed ideal with convenient access to great hiking at Mt Tamalpais, Pt Reyes, Muir Woods, etc., and of course to one of the worlds best cities.

Great Stay! Five Star Location!!

I booked Frederic’s place for a weekend getaway to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. I originally was looking to book something in Tiburon but it was fully booked. I was excited to find Frederic’s listing as it was very close to Tiburon but Mill Valley stole the show. What a cute and charming little town. The space is in the perfect location to explore all of Marin. We explored Mill Valley, San Rafael, Sausalito and Tiburon with ease. The space is spectacularly decorated. We loved all of the creative touches and everything that you could possibly need was provided. Safeway is a short distance from the apartment. Practically next door. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else during future visits. Thank you Frederic!

Tasteful, comfortable, sparkling abode for 2

Frederic’s chic loft dwelling is well-located in Mill Valley. This is an uplifting, sunlit space with comfortable furnishings, a well-implemented kitchen, modern bathrooms — everything was extremely clean —and it came with a parking space. Our experience here was pleasant and easy — we were very happy with this rental.

Wonderful condo
