Gå upp från dimman och in i solen. Njut av milt klimat året runt och det centrala läget i San Rafael, med enkel tillgång till San Francisco i söder (trettio minuter över den världsberömda Golden Gate Bridge), det spektakulära vinlandet Napa, Sonoma och Alexander Valleys (fyrtio minuter ) och Berkeley (trettio minuter).

Fabulous venue

Great get-a-way for a weekend or a long term stay. The location is larger than my apartment in DC! Beautiful view and view. Bonus all the extras for the beach!

Best Vrbo I’ve ever been too

Lovely little apartment with a full well stocked kitchen. Owners left us a bottle of wine. Views from the deck of the surrounding hills were stunning.

Lovely, Serene, Restorative Space.

Mark and Judi's lovely space was the perfect place to get some much-needed rest and quiet. The space is very clean and peaceful with breathtaking views - there are magnificent, and leisurely hiking trails a very short walk from the front door. The couch and the bed are both so comfortable! The kitchen has everything anyone could need. There is plenty of privacy and Mark is always available to quickly communicate if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at the property. Exactly as described and the hosts were helpful. We mostly used it as a base for day trips, so were not there a lot, but it was nice after our horseback riding excursion to use the hot tub. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to town (from a hill - that's why they have the view!), so not walkable to any restaurants or stores (if that's what you are looking for). Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything you need in the kitchen. A cooler and towels for trips if needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Beautiful views from this place and only a 30 minute drive from places like muir woods and San Francisco. The hosts are very kind and accommodating when/if needed. The kitchen had a lot of things supplied already like coffee and espresso machine plus more thoughtful touches that made the stay easier. Would definitely continue to stay here for future visits

Comfortable stay in beautiful San Rafael hills

This property was a well-furnished apartment which provided privacy and many of the comforts of home. We found it a wonderful retreat while we visited relatives in the area. Definitely will look to return for future visits.

Perfect San Fran stay

We were looking for a place out of the city but with east access - and what a perfect choice! Quiet, up in the hills, with gorgeous views and excellent amenities. Easy drive to downtown but also plenty to do just in the area. Mark was a great host and we loved our short stay!

Fabulous place!

Then unit was stocked with everything you would need, within close driving distance of points of interest, and 3 houses away from a beautiful hiking trail. The hosts were amazing and even helped me plan some activities.

We can’t wait to come back!

The owners were easy to communicate with during our stay. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The views were spectacular. It was convenient to a park where we could walk in nature. We will be back when we return to San Rafael.

Wonderful views and comfy living

We had an amazing week in San Rafael and the apartment was perfect. Great views of the valley from apartment, deck and pool. We got wonderful treats from the farmers market on Sunday and Thursday and enjoyed our trips to wine country. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several meals. The bed was great and we slept very well. This rental is perfectly located and i highly recommend it.

Hidden Retreat

This was our first experience staying in a VRBO and it was more then we could have asked for! Everything you could need was provided, comfortable and the hosts very attentive and checked on you to make sure you didn’t need anything. Communication was great and access easy! We look forward to staying with Mark & Judi again!!!

Aw inspiring view

Quaint in-law quarters attached to the main house but operates independently from the house. Nicely decorated with a comfortable bed that faces a spectacular view. We really enjoyed looking out over the view at night.
