Lake Havasu Bliss! Bring the entire family! After you spend the day on the lake, enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Each room with its own tv with wifi access, so you can log into all of your streaming accounts. Don't feel like going back into the heat? Prepare dinner in our fully equipped kitchen. Get those swimsuits washed in the washer & dryer. After the sun goes down, enjoy the sparkling HOA swimming pool and spa. Enjoy all of this in the gated and secure Nautical Estates complex. Amazing location! Boat House Grill is a 4 minute walk. London Bridge is a 32 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Nautical Inn and Turtle Bar 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Lake Havasu Marina and boat launch 3 minute drive.

Clean, Cute & Comfy

We loved everything about our stay from the comfortable beds to the clean amenities. The phone chargers at each bedside was a plus and you can’t beat the location! We could walk to the Beach House and Islander to visit with family that stays there. We will be back!

AMAZING FAMILY FUN

This place is perfect! Lots of room and games to play with kids orr just sit and watch movies as a family once off the lake. It was exactly what we needed

July 4th fun

We had a really nice stay here. The condo is located close to everything, just a few minutes drive to the marina and restaurants. It had a lot of good supplies for the kitchen. The host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent place!

The location was perfect, I docked my boat at the marina, so place was close by and not a lot of traffic. The house inside was great-comfy beds, plenty of towels and blankets, and had little extras, such as different chargers available for smartphones. Quick responses by manager when I sent messages. A+ and would highly recommend

Great Lake home for a family and friends visit

This home had plenty of room for our four teenagers and three adults. The beds are comfortable and there are multi-device chargers by all the bed sides. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need and so is the kitchen. We all had plenty of room to eat dinner also. We were a few minutes from Nautical as well as Safeway and Dutch Bros. We vacation in Havasu quite a bit and we find this to be our favorite place so far. We will be booking a vacation here in the future.

As good as it looks

This was our first time staying in the property (I have used VRBO in Lake Havasu about half a dozen times in the past 2 years). This property did not disappoint. It was very clean, the A/C works great (and it was HOT outside!), and the owner really thought of every detail. Here are a few examples that made our stay so pleasant: the bed pillows are amazing, plenty of bath towels, phone chargers provide by the beds, coolers in the garage that we used, two WIFI connections in case one didn't work, pots and pans were in good shape (a lot of rentals have really gross pots and pans!). This is also a great location if you're boating all day. It only takes 3-5 mins to get to the boat launch area / Nautical resort. We had a great time! Thank you.
