Modern Balinese Oasis in Santa Monica
The newly-built modern sunlit house features a private garden oasis in a city location, with artful and luxurious finishes. The prime Santa Monica area is near the best restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and farmer’s markets in town. The single-family house features a huge master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, dedicated office area, and an open floor plan for kitchen, living, and dining. The villa features light wooden floors, stainless Bosch appliances, quartz and porcelain finishes, fireplace, 48’ heated pool, and an outdoor garden sanctuary—replete with hummingbirds, louvered pergola, comfortable furniture, fire pit, playground, and flowering nature—to enjoy nature and lounge in style.
Set on a large lot, the 3,000 square-foot single-family house is spread on two floors. Downstairs is a bedroom with attached bathroom, an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living room. Finishes are modern, soothing, and high-end. The property boasts 22-foot vaulted ceilings and more than thirty windows. The upstairs features the master bedroom, which is incredibly large with ensuite bathroom and room-size walk-in closet. Also, upstairs is an office, lounge/yoga area, a third bathroom and laundry room, and closet space.
This house is lived in by the owners for some months of the year, and so guests will find some personal items around the space. It's not a house only used for short-term rentals. Guests will have access to all areas except for the garage, certain dressers, closets, and cabinets. Significant space is made available for guests to store clothes and personal items. The driveway has two cars already parked in it, but two additional cars can still fit. There is also street parking available. The pool is not fenced, but the home is completely fenced-in with high walls and trees. A true Santa Monica experience is afforded with this house.
The pool is heated but use during the colder winter months is very expensive (and slow) and thus, not suggested. The security cameras will be turned off during guest stays.
We have a local host to help with all guest needs. She will help with absolutely anything and everything that is required. She will assist with the check in and check out and will ensure all goes smoothly. She is always available and extremely friendly!

Santa Monica is an upscale, coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles, filled with celebrity-owned homes, fine dining, outdoor cafes, ocean, mountains, 22 miles of bike trail, the Promenade, and the famous Santa Monica pier. The house is close to several farmer's markets, healthy food stores, great shopping, hiking, and the world of wellness. The beach is two miles away. Brentwood, Venice, Little Osaka, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Malibu, and all major LA neighborhoods are close. It is a great choice for people who work in the film business. There is no better neighborhood location, central to everything LA has to offer.
The 405 highway and the 10 freeway are both within minutes of the house. With access to these freeways, everything in LA and California is accessible. Other notable local streets within walking distance include Wilshire Blvd, San Vicente, Montana, etc. A new public tram system is about 5 minutes from our house and other public transportation is also within walking distance.
