My Wife and I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Aviva’s beautiful rental. Pictures don’t do it justice, large living area, bathroom and so much storage space made it easy to unpack. The outdoor patio was my favorite, spent most of our time while at the unit enjoying the outside. Seating in the shade or sun, whatever you wanted. Add in how quiet it was made returning each day a great place to relax. Very nice neighborhood Would definitely recommend

Perfect Tranquil Hideaway

This is my second stay--the property is private, relaxing, and very comfortable. The studio is quite large and has everything a person could need. There is a large desk which is perfect for the business traveler and it is very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is easy. I cannot recommend this location more highly. I have already booked by stay for next summer.

Sweet stay in Santa Monica

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. The host was communicative and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the espresso, water, and fruit. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and utilize the pool! Overall, this was a very nice stay and will recommend to friends and family

Wonderful Stay in Santa Monica

The property is beautiful, the host lovely, and the location is highly walkable. Easy stroll to Montana shops, catch the Big Blue bus just down the street, and easy drives to the beach,Westwood, and the Getty museum. The room was beautifully appointed with comfy bedding, office desk and chair, books, small table/chairs to dine on and gorgeous artwork. The bathroom was a luxury with a large tub, shower and an expansive sink area. With a microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea amenities, we had what we needed to get the day going and store and heat up some breakfast/lunch items - perfect for our needs. Lastly, access to the patio/gym was a huge bonus. Thank You!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, and were excellent about communicating check-in instructions, parking, and how to checkout. It was a beautiful property, and was very clean upon our arrival. Overall, we really loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the LA/Santa Monica area.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Santa Monica!

I had a fantastic stay at Aviva’s beautiful studio! From start to finish, she was friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience seamless. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and cafes, yet still a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The studio itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus, adding extra privacy and a charming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica!

Nice place, wonderful host.

We were in town to see our daughter perform in USC's opera and needed a place to stay for just a few nights. This place was great. Very comfortable, spacious, clean. The room could use another comfortable sitting chair. The bed was a bit too firm for us but we made do. The bathroom was great! The shower is a bit small, but nice. Our daughter visited and used the tub (since her tiny apartment doesn't have one), and loved it. Aviva, our host, was wonderful! The backyard/pool area was very relaxing. We got to watch a hummingbird building its nest. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it, but we weren't there to swim. The small gym in the pool house was nice.

Lovely lodging in Santa Monica

Wonderful apartment connected to a lovely home in Santa Monica. Very comfortable in every way. Large modern bath & very comfortable king bed. The host, Aviva, has thought of everything you might need for a short stay. Fun to walk around the beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Monica

Perfect place to stay in Santa Monica. Place was clean, comfy and quiet. Situated in a wonderful safe part of Santa Monica near cute restaurants and shops on Montana and grocery stores etc on Wilshire. Aviva was a wonderful host and made my stay very enjoyable. Wonderful Location - Comforting Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica while we spent a few days sightseeing around LA. Loved having coffee by the pool every morning.

The property is in a lovely part of SM . Very convenient location to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown SM. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are a short walk away.
