Terrific location. Could walk to the 17-Mile coastline and to the Inn at Soanish Bay to have a drink and enjoy the bagpipes serenade. House was clean and hosts were nice. Everything you could need for kitchen was available. Took us a while to figure out how to operate some of the appliances but overall wonderful experience for our family.

Everything about our stay in this home was wonderful! The check in process, property manager, location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and it is well stocked with the items we needed; it all is great! My family wants to come back next year.

Our Family Vacation in Pebble Beach

This was a dream vacation for us. Everything from the check in process to the check out process was perfect. The house and everything associated with it was wonderful. Kim, the property manager is great to work with.

What a wonderful place

This home is so perfect for families. It is in the17 mile drive and close to everything. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could want. The owner was so generous to share their home and hospitality. we hiked, walked, played a lot of golf. Great for cooking and everyone having their space.

Pebble Beach perfection

This well equipped home perfectly met our family’s needs! In addition to the great location, it had five comfortable bedrooms, an incredible playroom, and beautifully landscaped backyard. Communication with the owner was prompt and more than accommodating. We hope to return next year.

Family Reunion

Good experience, lots of camaraderie, loved the area! Verbo fees seem excessive. Kitchen should have been cleaner and refrigerator and freezer were left full.

Wonderful Stay for Families

We stayed at this lovely VRBO with two other families with small children. There was plenty of space and the kids LOVED the many toys/special room for kids. The common areas and outdoor space was really great and the beds/linens were clean and very comfortable (I tend to be very picky about this)! Kitchen was fully stocked and location was very convenient/peaceful.

wonderful time at Pebble Beach

Perfect home for large family gathering. Very homey and cozy, well equipped, and amazing toy room. Patio, hot tub and back yard super comfy and private. Easy walk or drive to many beaches and beautiful neighborhood. Gas fireplaces in the cool mornings a real plus as was the heated patio in the evenings. Responsive and helpful manager. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect location and lots of space for family

My family really enjoyed our stay - we’ve been coming to Monterey for my whole life and this was our favorite property we’ve stayed at. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The house is lovely and has fun personal touches from the owners. My 3 and 6 year old nieces particularly loved the toys and play area. The location provides easy access to Carmel, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Big Sur, not to mention all the courses/hotels in Pebble Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!!

Everything to do with renting this home, to the stay and vacating the home was very easy. The home was as beautiful as the photos were and left our jaws on the ground at how cozy this home and grounds were. I would rent this home again in a minute and recommend it to others. Keri Pajon

Best family vacation ever

This house fully exceeded my expectations. The house had everything and was completely stocked with sheets, towels, wifi, fantastic kids room fully of about 1,000 toys, food, drinks, fire places and more. The host and the owner were very accommodating prior to our stay and had laminated instructions on how to use everything. The owner has a landscaper and pool person to keep the property pristine. The house was cleaned immaculately prior to our arrival. There is also an outside patio area with fireplace for afternoon and evening relaxation. There is also a huge gas grill outside that we used a couple of times. I only wish we could have stayed longer than 1 week.

Extremely well equipped and spacious higher end home.

This home was exactly as advertised. It is an extremely well equipped luxury home that's very "comfortable". Outdoor grill and outdoor dining tables worked great for us for al fresco dining . Kimberly, the agent/property manager responded within minutes to an oversight that arose. (It's a gated community and we had not been registered in advance of our arrival at the guard post. Kimberly and the home owner had this glitch fixed within minutes). So, chalk that up to highly responsive management--home owner team, which ultimately is what you want ! The kitchen will more than satisfy those who don't want to always go to a restaurant. No regrets for our 5 day stay. This very comfortable, welcoming and well appointed home easily accommodated 3 adult couples and one child.

Gracious family home

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation in pebble beach. From the large gourmet kitchen to the beautifully landscaped outdoor patio and fireplace, it was perfect for family meals and gathering. The living room, breakfast nook and living spaces feature beautiful fireplaces and cozy seating for everyone. The hosts were welcoming and provided everything we might need for our stay.

Spring Break at Pebble Beach

This was a fantastic property. Excellent accommodations. The house was well-appointed, well-furnished, and provided ample space for a family get-together. The area and neighborhood — well, it’s Pebble Beach. Enough said. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved our week here in this beautiful home.

Excellent property and wonderful owners!

Loved the house and all the amenities. Property manager did not provide instructions for check-in. If back door would not have been unlocked and owners not available we would have been locked out until 7p.

This house is first class, with all the modern convenience, a fifth bedroom, which is unusual and made for a very comfortable stay during the US Open. Highly recommended!

The property was amazing, very clean and manicured beautiful flowering plants and trees.

Our family of 9 ages 6 months to 60 had the best time in this amazing house. Everything you could think of was there to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were very easy to talk to and recommended things to do for the little kids. The location was great to explore all the beauty of Carmel and Monterey, Big Sur, etc. We hope to return

Charming Home in the Middle of Pebble Beach

This clean, quiet, private 5-bedroom home is perfectly located in the Del Monte Forest with quick and easy access to golf courses, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Monterey. The home is only 4 minutes from the Inn at Spanish Bay, and about 6 minutes from the Lodge at Pebble Beach. It is walking distance to the coastline along 17 mile drive and is situated immediately adjacent to the Monterey Peninsula Country Club. The house boasts a well-designed kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerators and freezers and Gaggenau ovens, as well as any kitchen utensil you might ever need. There is a large grill outside on the well protected deck in the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The master bedroom is tucked away at the back of the home and is ultra-quiet. The master bath has a shower and a separate large jacuzzi tub. The walk-in closet is huge. You can step out of the master bedroom to a perfectly privatized courtyard that contains a spa/ hot tub. Upstairs are 3 guest rooms and a super cute toy room, just large enough for little kids to have a private little play room, but small enough that the bigger kids won't crowd them out. Televisions and DVR are high quality and easy to use. Wifi is easy to connect to and is reliable. The home owners are wonderful people and are gracious hosts. There simply are no negatives. This is a good value for the price. My wife and I will definitely hope to secure this home again, if it is available, the next time we plan a golf excursion to Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay.

Beautiful home by the coast

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful home. The grandchildren loved the toy room. If we were relaxing at the house, the grandchildren were usually playing in the toy room. The kitchen is well stocked, and there was plenty room for all of us. We love being at the coast and this home is perfect for the family.
