The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed several days at Morgan House. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had amazing views! We saw whale spouts almost every day, rainbows, and sunsets from the window seats and hot tub. We visited Irish Beach via the pass but it was pretty rough. We ended up further south at Manchester Beach and later in our stay hiked in the Point Arena Stonetta unit south of the lighthouse.

Mini getaway

Amazing views! House sits on the edge of the cliff with no obstructions. Great window bench seating to enjoy the views, watch the sunset and look for whales - we should have brought our binoculars!

Location location location!!

This property is all about the view!! There were 5 of us friends and there was enough room and places to sleep for all of us. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises to sunsets and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. Trying to find the beach was a challenge. Use the instruction in the binder as the cell service is sketchy for GPS. The beach is called Irish Beach. The hot tub was great the first evening and the sky was so dark we could easily see the Milky Way! The property is a bit dated but who cares with the view!! It was clean and everything we needed for a great pause and refresh for all of us!

Beautiful home

It was wonderful! The only recommendation is to update the blinds as they don’t close all the way, just window coverings in general in the bedroom. It was clean and very peaceful.

Thirty-five years later

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

Amazing View!

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

Breathtaking

Our family of 6 and fur baby, throughly enjoyed our stay. We come to Irish beach every summer, this was our first time at this property - and intend to book here in the coming years. We came for the ocean, and this home does not disappoint- the views are incredible! The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day. We ended up only using one of the two bedrooms as the kids preferred to sleep in the living room with the views. Thankfully we always travel with our own blankets and sheets so they were very comfortable there. The host was great, quickly responded to our questions .. it was a wonderful visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Great spot on the coast

The location is great if you like private and remote. You have to drive a little far to get to the nice restaurants. The picture windows were great, really enjoyed the panoramic views. Not all the windows had blinds and the sun was a little intense at times. Because of the proximity to restaurants the owners should consider a better grille. Don’t mean to be so critical and think this place has a lot of potential. I am grateful that we were able to stay there and would return.

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Needs an overhaul

Upon arrival it was noted that everything needs to be redone. No screens on windows and screen doors torn. Stains on carpets, sticky dishes, mold in shower and in exhaust fan. Only one shower is usable. Couch and chairs horribly uncomfortable. Worst was the stain on the comforter in the primary. Communication with the owner was poor at best from pre arrival to 24 hours after arrival. The housekeeper brought clean blankets on day two but then bad mouthed the owner and said horrible things about them and the property. I contacted the owner via message on the app. Then called VRBO. I was connected with the owner who was not sympathetic however was receptive to the feedback. This was supposed to be a relaxing rejuvenating trip for my daughters and myself for my birthday. Instead it was stressful. We checked out the next morning and was promised a refund but only verbally. No written confirmation from the owner or VRBO regarding this. I don’t complain about things ever so found this entire interaction stressful. The owner was curtly polite but in the end asked me to put a good review which I told her I could not do as it would not be the truth. I hope they find a new property manager and do some upgrades or lower this price significantly for the future. I have learned a lesson which is, never use VRBO again. Best part of the whole trip was finding The Heritage House in Little River which overall ended up being less expensive and the lap of luxury.

A few minor updates and this house would be perfect.

We loved this house, and it is hard not to give it a 5/5. The view is everything that you would expect from pictures. The view dominates the house, it's amazing. Enjoying the hot tub while watching the sunset was a favorite for sure. The house has comfy beds, couch but it just needs a deep clean and some new screens. A few minor updates would be great.

Ocean front cliff: hear the waves 24/7!

Delightedly walked into an incredible view over the ocean cliffs. Spectacular views with full windows across the whole house on the ocean side. Spectacular sunsets and captivating by the storms blowing in from the distant ocean! Easy to use fireplace and hot tub enjoyed by our family. Highly recommend.

1. Location and views are excellent. 2. Actually it is not ready to have any guest if you like to have a hotel business. 3. I mean the entire house is too old and many things need to repair/replace immediately.
