The incredible views, private pool and hot tub, lake front, serene sanctuary AND close to all the amenities make this house unbeatable! Come soak in the view during Floridas famous moments : sunny days, serene sunsets, palm trees along with a private pool and separate hot tub, lake view, spacious split plan, comfortable, and luxurious house to unwind, and plenty of excitement at nearby shopping, restaurants, fishing, golfing, and beaches. Large circular driveway is great if you are traveling with an RV, boat or multiple vehicles.
Enter through a luxurious foyer, expansive living room with beautiful cathedral ceilings offering a piano, electric led fireplace, game table and expansive lake views. The birds and wildlife will add to your experience. The open kitchen plan looks on to a separate dining room and kitchen bar. On one side of the split plan is the master bedroom suite with private office/couch bed and a private seating area on the porch leading to the hot tub and pool. The master, living room, and extra bed room lead in to a sun-filled, private lanai with a large heated pool. The other side has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The house is set to western exposure so you'll get plenty of that famous Florida sun and incredible sunsets reflecting over the lake and dock.

Great house, but pool wasn't working.

This home has an excellent layout and is close to groceries, gas, restaurants, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We liked that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The backyard is very private, and the lake is so calming. Two kayaks were provided. Regarding the pool, the jets seemed to not be working, and the water was murky. Pool maintenance came and when asked, told me the jets and heat weren't working and the filter was clogged. He stated that there were a lot of problems with it the previous week. Parts needed to be ordered, but they wouldn't be there until our stay was over. The hot tub was too dirty to use. Instructions would have been helpful regarding when to expect pool maintenance, garbage pickup, starting the cooktop range, local attractions, etc. Pool maintenance arrived unannounced. I communicated with the property manager on a number of occasions. Response was typically in a timely manner. When I asked if there was a grill, she made sure there was one before we arrived. Also, this home is for sale. The property owner told me this the day we were expected to arrive and that we would have 24 hours notice if there was going to be a showing. Regarding the pool situation, I did ask for a partial refund, and after several days now, have not heard back regarding my request. Didn't get the value we expected. This home has awesome potential. If it weren't for the pool and hot tub situation, we would have had a much better experience.

Month Long Stay with Private Yard, Fishing Dock, and Heated Pool

The property manager was very helpful and communicative. The vacation rental was perfect for our large family and kids. Spacious house with plenty of room, bedrooms, and bathroom. Convenient laundry next to the kitchen. Surrounding neighborhood was very safe for walks every night with the kids. Playground about a mile down the road that we walked to. Groceries and stores were super close to the house. Punta Gorda beach and glass kayak rentals in Boca Grande were close by too. The kids had a blast and had plenty of fun things to do right on the property. Everyone was friendly in the area. Enjoyed the privacy with enclosed swimming pool. Large covered patio outback with lights and gas fire pit at night. Hot tub was not in working condition but that was ok because the pool was plenty warm and heated. We loved fishing off the dock everyday and catching the big catfish. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.
