Prepare to be charmed by this adorable Fredericksburg bungalow! This lovely, spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy games or movie night! The primary suite features a King bed and streaming TV, an updated ensuite bath with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a built in vanity. Outside is an original, antique barn, unique to this property! The barn was partially burned down in the 90s, and recently rejuvenated as a specialty "wine bar" and dining cabana, complete with lighting and seating! You'll also find a private hot tub and gas fire-pit in the spacious, thoughtfully maintained backyard space. This home is the perfect place for any kind of traveler, and is sure to leave you charmed!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Please note: There are security cameras onsite. The areas covered by camera are the front porch and back fenceline. These are for security purposes only and are not actively monitored.

Fantastic Stay

Great house, beautifully decorated. The entire family enjoyed the backyard, the pool table, the arcade and the hot tub. The house is just like the pictures. Highly recommend it and only about a 5 minute walk to main street. Will stay here again next time we go to Fredericksburg.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Beautiful home with several things to do to keep you occupied when not shopping, hitting the wineries or having your favorite dining option. From the fire pit, gas grill, hot tub or pool table at the Charred Bar out back!! The interior has tons of room without feeling crowded. We had 6 guests staying in the house and all three bedrooms were very comfortable. A must stay when in Fredericksburg Tx. Absolute Charm BNB is AAAAA

I highly recommend this home! It’s in a convenient location, has an amazing outdoor space, and offers an easy check-in and check-out process. The house is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful!

The listing and photos were very accurate. The house was clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect, and the outdoor space adds both fun and charm! We especially enjoyed watching the deer from the patio at dusk. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Family Girls’ Trip

The property is cute and welcoming. It was well provisioned with every little thing to make our stay comfortable. Check in went smoothly, and the host was responsive to questions. It was perfect for our long weekend, and we would definitely stay at this property again!

PERFECTION!!

I had an exceptional experience at this home. It exudes charm and is beautifully decorated. Every amenity imaginable was provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is great and near Main St. Inside and Out this home has an ideal setting for enjoying quality time with family or friends. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway.

Charmed

For sharing a sisters week, this was perfect! It was close to Main Street in a nice neighborhood. The attention to detail was amazing, we didn't have to do a lot of "emergency" shopping for toiletries, trash bags, etc. Everything was there! The hot tub and Charred Bar were added treats and so much fun for relaxing. Would defiantly book this Haus again❤️

Great Weekend in Fredericksburg

We spent a weekend at this property and really enjoyed the home. The listing is 100% accurate. This is a very fun place to stay. The backyard is more private than pictures show as it backs up to a creek. Everything in the Burnt Barn was great - so great that we skipped our dinner reservation. The hot tub and fire pit worked with no issues. This is one of the best VRBO homes in Fredericksburg and we will definitely be back.
