Casa Sunrise offers you a large, comfortable home ideal for large groups or just yourself, located in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course.

The fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms home has 2 living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workstation if you need to work remotely. Sofa bed is located in the office/library. We're pet-friendly!

The space
There's ceramic tile planks throughout the house to keep it clean, two walk-in showers, and smart tv's in the living rooms and main bedroom. The backyard is desert like because of the hot summer months.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage, and workshop located in the backyard.

Other things to note
It's located minutes from downtown, Yuma Intl airport, Yuma Regional Medical Center, and a short 20 min drive across the border for dental and medical services in Los Algodones.

Quaint and quiet

Cute little home, mostly remodeled, nice quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Perfect for families and pets. Would stay again.

The Perfect Airport Pad

A very nice home in a well kept neighborhood that is literally a mile or so from the Yuma Airport and MCAS Yuma. The house and all amenities were perfect for our 2 night stay. Very comfortable and with a welcoming feel. There is some light aircraft traffic over the house, but it's not very often and plane spotters will love it. Plenty of nearby restaurants too! We will look this way again for our next trip.

Wonderful Visit

Claudia's Vrbo was the perfect place for my family of 6 to get together for Christmas to visit our son who is stationed at MCAS Yuma. It was a surprise to walk in to a lit Christmas tree and beautiful decorations when we didn't expect it! So convenient and close to everything that we could need, a safe, well lit, and quiet neighborhood almost right across the highway from the airport and base with tons of shopping and churches and things to do in Yuma. Our favorites: having a fire in the evenings around the fire pit, making s'mores, grilling steaks, watching movies on the comfy couches and playing games. Kitchen had everything we could want/need for many different kinds of meals. Beds super comfy and a/c and heat easy and super fast to heat and cool. Claudia responded to our questions so quickly. An abundance of towels and linens, spacious and completely updated with room to spread out and enjoy each other. So grateful to have had this time before our Marine deploys. We will be looking to stay here again if we head back to Arizona! It was perfect. Thank you so much, Claudia!

During the pandemic, we found ourselves living temporarily in Yuma when our mother fell ill and had to stay at YRMC. Thanks to a short-term rental, we were able to have a place to call home during those challenging times. And because of that experience, we decided to open our home to others who travel to the area and need a place to call home. Even if for only a few days.
