Your group will enjoy this comfortable and stylish place just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus and even closer to the shopping and nightlife at Northgate. Because the unit is on the north side of campus, it is central to all things Bryan and College Station. Both bedrooms boast the most comfortable king size beds and the kitchen is well supplied with all the basics for cooking. The big screen Smart TV with streaming access where you can log into any of your streaming services.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are here for you. Please let us know if you need anything as we are mere minutes away.

This diverse transitioning neighborhood boast a colorful blend of Bryan community, graduate students, and higher end student housing nestled against the excitement of Northgate and the A&M Campus.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.
1.1 mile walking distance to Kyle field.

One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station

Basketball Tournament

We booked our stay due to a basketball tournament we were attending. Randy and Kelly made our stay comfy and welcoming. Our team was able to book quite a few units together, they were great about accommodations! The property is near quite a bit, so no need to travel far for entertainment, grocery or shopping! Would definitely stay again!

Great for Graduation Stay!

My wife and I stayed just one night for our daughter's graduation from A & M. It was a cute & cozy 2 bedroom in a perfect location! Just what we needed for the occasion!

Great little place near Northgate

Nicely remodeled apartment near Northgate and campus. Stayed here for family weekend at A&M and it was perfect for our needs. Nice touches included some k-cups and creamers, which was appreciated! Would definitely return.

Very Pet Friendly!

This apartment is great for dogs! There is a large back yard (unfenced) for dogs to do their thing. Very convenient. We don't stay in pet friendly places very often. This unit reminded us why. It's great for dogs, just wasn't ideal for us. The location is very convenient, very close to A&M. It was easy to find and parking is right in front.

Cute small townhouse. Ants all over the kitchen counter and crumbs. The shower wasn’t clean. Other than that is was fine. Went and bought my own pillows. Close to the stadium which was nice

Easy walk to campus

Location was an easy walk to University drive where we were able to eat all meals. Easy walk to Kyle Field and all game day activities. The place was clean, beds comfortable but only had thin blanket & thin comforter and only a moderate amount of towels provided. The couch was tired. We arrived in the dark, and locating the building was difficult as the buildings are not well lit and the addresses are impossible to see in the dark. The porch light was also out so entering the property the 1st night made me a little anxious.

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
