Beach Getaway

Great location with amazing views. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Building staff were all friendly and the building grounds were well maintained.

Amazing View and Customer Service

We had an amazing time. The view was spectacular watching the sunset every single night was breathtaking. We were even visited by a sea lion up close and personal in the ocean, which was also amazing! There is plenty to do around you and amazing seafood to devour. It was a spectacular stay!

Revive and Relax at the Beach

Beautiful ocean few the minute you open the door! Corner condo with zero noise but close to all the wonderful food on Treasure Island! Owner made sure we had a full size coffee pot for our morning coffee on the patio in high top chairs to start the day with ocean waves! Excellent location for Grapefruit League Spring Training!

Very nice location except during a hurricane.

Unfortunately, we only got to enjoy the location for a short time. During our time there a hurricane came through and we had to evacuate.

April 24-28 stay

The condo was nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was in close proximity to many amazing restaurants and was everything that we expected it to be. We’d love to come back again.

Beautiful Gulf View Steps From the Beach!

Loved the property on on site Tiki Bar. Room was a bit old and need some updates, but overall a very nice place.

Beach relaxation

Small beachfront condo perfect for a couple to relax. A beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the lobby door and you're on the beach. Great location close to many attractions, activities and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

Having a view of the beach was great! And it was close to lots of restaurants and shops! Property was very clean and pleasant, although some extra blankets on hand could be a nice addition!

Great location

Location and view were great. Size of unit was good. Nice to have the tiki bar and chair rentals close Unit needs some updates . Power strip for appliances which still had to be moved to plug in coffee pot , rusted door to closet with someone’s shoes inside . Bathroom could use more hooks

We came back to this location that was our first trip to Florida 17 years ago. Enjoyed this trip as we as the first time. property was clean and inviting. perfect for a couple getting away to enjoy time together.

This rental has a great location right on the beach and not far from launching site for many water activities. The room was well clean and provided with kitchen cookware.

Poor upkeep lack of cleanliness

The view was beautiful and this was only good part about this trip. Although we did not expect luxury accommodations we did expect the unit to be properly maintained and clean. It was disgusting. It smelled of mold and mildew, the floors turned our feet black, the appliances, other than the new microwave were filthy. I will be making an extensive report to the owner and Island Inn manager.

Florida vaca

We travel to Florida frequently but this was my first stay with a balcony gulf view. The property was east to access, staff was friendly, trolley was easy to use and will recommend Tommy friends!

Nice Unit

Very clean, all amenities were nice. The only thing that I felt was not good was that it had a very strong musty smell to it. Bought plug-ins to help with that.

The location is just wonderful and the sunsets are gorgeous! One thing that would be nice is if they provided more towels and bedding as we were here two weeks and only three bath towels- we did end up doing all the bedding and towels halfway thru our vacation which was not a problem. The bed was a little lumpy and could use a new mattress. Otherwise we really did love our stay here at Island Inn

Not the dream vacation we hoped for...

When we arrived property didn't appear to have been cleaned well. Dirt on the floors, wall had dried food near the tv, musty, mildewy smell permeated everything, broken floor tile near entrance; bathroom doorjamb had rust/rot. Property is in need of a really good cleaning and refreshing. The location of the property is very good, no complaints there. Pool was very nice and there is plenty of parking on property and across the street.

Good stay but don’t except a lot

The room had everything they promised and the view was great. The room and bed were very comfy. They had some nice beach chairs for us to use too. The downfall for us came to the lack of amenities. We stayed 3 nights and had to conserve toilet paper towards the end of our stay. We also had to buy our own Kleenex, paper towel and coffee (one single serve packet was provided but didn’t work with the coffee pot) It also would have been nice to have a couple of rugs around because no matter how hard we tried we tracked sand in and had nothing to wipe our feet on. Also the water pressure was poor. We would not do an extended stay there again.

Great View and comfortable unit

Overall good experience. We had the usual minor problems as with any vacation rental but nothing major. The view is great and the water is not far from the building unlike locations to the north. Parking can be a problem - there is a parking lot across the busy street for overflow. The only chairs are straight back kitchen type, so the only other place to sit is on the bed. Bed is worn and probably should be replaced. I would go back again for the price.

Great location and view, but not clean and unit needs maintenance.

The view and location of the property were great. However, it was not cleaned well. We had a couple of long hairs in our sheets (property manager said sheets were cleaned ). The tile floor was disgusting , particularly in the bathroom where there was dirt and hair in the floor. The tile floors badly needed thorough vacuum and good mopping. Also, the shower had mold along the corners and hair on the tile in the shower . The unit needs some maintenance as well - there were parts of baseboards missing, doors and baseboards were badly stained and chipped , mirrror rusted and old, etc. The lack of cleanliness was the most disappointing. I am glad we only stayed 2 days. I have stayed in many vrbo properties over the years, and this is the worst experience I’ve had.
