New Listing! Wonderfully maintained luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8 guests comfortably with a canal water view and a bright open floor plan. Some of the most amazing sunsets will be seen right from your backyard. Don't be surprised if you're visited by some dolphins and manatee while you enjoy your private heated pool. Our home is perfect for families with children!

The space
You will love brand new remodel and modern upgrades. All guests will be comfortably accommodated having a nice living room, a lanai overlooking the water, heated pool, as well as a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We also include a cooler, beach/ pool towels, beach cart, pack-n-play, high chair, and a queen blow up mattress for added options.
In the storage area you'll find more great amenities. From beach toys, beach games, and beach chairs (adult & kid size). You'll all be ready to have some fun in the sun! Pack up the beach cart and take a walk or bike ride to the best beaches in Marco Island just a short distance from the home. If you like boating, rent a boat and some fishing rods and tie it up to our large private dock!
There's some awesome fishing right from The back yard

If you're a backyard grilling type of family, you'll enjoy our very nice outdoor grill with huge covered seating area for the whole family to relax! Have a look at the pictures and imagine grilling some fresh catch right in the backyard. The Boat Lift is not available for guests. Marco ordinances restrict boat trailer parking anywhere within sight. Boat trailers are not permitted on the property at anytime. Dock is available for guest and trailer parking must be coordinated with owner as there are city restrictions.
The home also comes with WiFi for high speed connection to the internet. Direct access to the gateway/router equipment is not available. Direct connection using an ethernet connection to the router is also not available in this home. Only WiFi is available.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is perfect for family time with the pool and canal. Everything is within 10 mins. Great property.

Wonderful Stay

The property is as the pictures show. It has been newly renovated and everything was fresh. We spent most of our time in the lower level lanai. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The landscaping is really nice and provides privacy around the pool area. The owner was very responsive when contacted. We enjoyed watching the marina operation during the day. There is no dishwasher which we missed when reviewing the description. It really was a lovely place.

All around excellent stay

My two daughters and I could not ask for more. The home was beautiful,very well kept and clean. We loved that we could access beach chairs, umbrella and cart for the beach. The pool area was awesome. The ambiance at night was prefect. We loved the location. Easy walk to many things. This trip was very important to us. All our expectations were exceeded. Thank you. We look forward to returning someday.
